cobwebs all over the place after the clesning

Multiple times I asked that the walls be washed - this was one job that I specifically needed done. None of the walls were touched! There was still bug dirt and cobwebs on the walls. The kitchen floor was not even swept, much less mopped or scrubbed. There was still dirt around the doorknobs. Plus, the cleaning team opened the windows and turned down the A/C to 65 degrees - on a 90 degree summer day! The A/C ran all night and we are lucky it did not burn up. When I complained and asked for a refund, I was only refunded $55. The new owners are now scrubbing down the house - something I wanted to have done for them. EXTREMELY unhappy with this cleaning company. Not sure how they have such good reviews. I will not hire again.

However, We did offer to return at no charge to you, to clean the areas you felt were unattended. And we refunded the cost of the individual service you were unsatisfied with, although it was against our policy to do so. We believe we did our best to please you in this situation. Thank you for your business."
