Great!  Not much to tell, he got down on the floor with a couple of screw drivers and put some grease on the track.  Nice guy.  My husband and I enjoyed talking with him. <br />

Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. With the rain we have had this summer, the job turned into much more than he had bargained for (or quoted for)...but he stuck with it until the job was completed.  The work he did for me turned out great and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a hard working and honest contractor who does excellent work. <br />

When i called we discussed what I was looking for. He explained I needed to look at a place that sells mobile home items such as for the tub so it would fit correctly. Saving me a HUGE headache! Whenever I had a question he had no problem answering it. On our agreed upon date for installation he arrived early and immediately began working. He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! Hard to find such service anymore! He was friendly and took pride in his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home improvements. <br />

Shillem delivered beautifully on everything they contracted to do and went beyond the scope in proactively addressing other issues without increasing the contracted costs.  They were amazing and I look forward to being able to have them do work for me again.  Could not be more pleased.  This company has continued with more and more work to the property.  They took over management of the property and made all improvements in readying the buildings and grounds for rental.  I am most impressed and pleased with their continued work and will definitely use their expertise in the future. 

<p>The couch has great sentimental value to my wife. It belonged to her mother. The couch is many decades old and it showed its age and decline from its better days. I trusted this provider with this loved couch to bring back its beauty. Provider worked what I can only call magic and delivered a fine antique couch to us. He has high standards and I believe he must be a master craftsman of some sort.  He was timely and delivered what he promised... maybe more. I am pleased and happy to surprise my wife with this restored couch, I can't wait to see her face when she sees her couch in its new condition. This guy communicated thru every stage, and even sent me text photographs of the progress. I didn't even ask for photographs but it was so cool getting pics of the progress. I normally ask providers for pics, but did not ask because I did not want to offend provider. How pleasantly surprised and happy to receive the pics. I recommend this guy. </p> <br />

Painting excellent.  Clean up and replacement of hardware needed attention. <br />

Shillem Specialities replaced and repaired Cypress lap siding, replaced rotten wood, thoroughly cleaned and prepped my home and then professionally painted my home. Shillem Specialities lived up to what they promised to do plus more. I received professional service and quality work . They were in honest in their dealings with me by repairing what could be repaired and then replacing siding and other wood that was beyond repair. The paint job on my house compares to other professional painters at a much more affordable price. I could not be happier with the job they did for me. I will use them for all my home repairs and remodeling projects. <br />

Tim's work was on time, on price, and top quality.  I have tried other antique furniture restoration companies in the area but have determined Tim's work is the best.  I highly recommend him to others.  I also have about nine more pieces of furniture I plan to have Tim work on as well.
