My name is Chris and I have been detailing cars for over 20 years. I worked for Universal Pictures detailing their vehicles that they used in the movie the kingdom. I've done exotics as well as high end Luxury cars. I also detailed show cars that won trophies at the major car shows including best of show, so if your looking for the BEST of the BEST give me a call. I do all the work myself and go right to your house or business as long as there is a hose hook up and power outlet. I give military, car club, multi car, and senior discounts. For over a month now I have been trying to schedule this service. I had an appointment back in November and he was a no show. I contacted him through Angie's list that night and he responded that the weather prevented him from coming (he had my phone number, but didn't call me?). So I waited for 4 hours for him to come and no show. He kept promising to come and then two weeks ago he said he had a death in the family and would reschedule in 2 weeks. I completely understand taking some time off work, but I guess I was expecting to at least hear something about a new date. Still no word. I have asked for a refund, but no word on that either. Not sure what we can do about it? Hoping Angie's List can help. <br />

Owner was FULL SERVICE and USER-FRIENDLY and provided a wonderful service in cleaning the interior of the Truck. Cleaned the exterior of the Truck and then proceeded to seal the paint on the truck as well. Was GREAT in that I did not have to drive the Truck down to some other ground zero place and then do the Shuttle Dance while the process was on going. That makes a very smooth function in that the job was done at my zip code - no waiting - no shuttle needed - very Happy Face. Will use this provider again in the future => Thank You Santa Claus <br />

Some confusion and delay of our appointment due to some weather and the provider being scheduled out of Phoenix when we tried to reschedule our appointment that the provider needed to cancel. <br /> The extra charge "for an SUV" seemed a bit unneeded due to the size of our SUV being smaller than many "cars" that are wagons. <br />
