The pro was prompt for agreed time. Very professional. I was expecting to have my floors cleaned and shined. The pro did an great job cleaning the ceramic tile just no shine. The other floors were swept and mopped. Furniture wasn't moved. Floors dull, no shine.

I had the pleasure of working with Chisom from New Dawn Cleaning, and what began as a simple clean quickly turned into a deep clean. Without hesitation, she adjusted to the new request and provided the service at a very reasonable price. The results were outstanding—my house looks wonderful, everything is spick and span.
What impressed me most was her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Even when I asked her not to clean above the countertops, she still took the initiative to wipe everything down, ensuring no spot was overlooked.
Chisom’s professionalism, flexibility, and thoroughness exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely grateful for the care she put into her work, and I will absolutely be booking her again. Highly recommended!
