One Time Interior House Cleaning

I was told there would be a team of 4+. She came with 2, no problem. I explained this would be a big clean. I was quoted a price the day of the clean. Close to the end of the clean, I went to pay and the price was then over $300 more because it took her more time. She then tells at that me it is hourly for her AND her help. The hourly for both cleaners did not add up and she left twice. This wasn't taken into account either. When I questioned the pricing, it was changed again. I paid her at that moment and had them leave, stopping the clean. I do not feel you can change pricing in the middle of a clean, even if it takes longer. She quoted me a price in the beginning and we agreed. Very unprofessional.

Excellent customer service, on time, rates are reasonable and Lina is an absolutely gem! Very professional and pays close attention to detail. In all the years I have had my home cleaned, no one has done a better job!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
