Shirley Wilsons Cleaning

the first visit was to make an estimate for cleaning of house.  after giving me a price of $75.00 per visit, she told me that she would first have to do a  "deep-cleaning" of the house, and that would entail cleaning of woodwork, baseboards, hanging pictures, light fixtures; also dusting, cleaning hardwood floors, and general cleaning.  Her description of a deep-cleaning was thoroughly from top to bottom.  This deep cleaning was $225.00. <br /> Several things in the deep cleaning were either performed poorly or missed entirely.  When she called to set up the next appointment, I expressed to her that I felt that the job was done poorly, she seemed offended and said that they never missed anything.  However, she did agree to come back for the next cleaning and we set an appointment for the following week;  even mentioning that she would adjust the price because I was unhappy.   <br /> She did not show for the appointment, nor was she professional enough to call me and tell me why.  After repeated calls to her, she still did not return any of my calls, and as of today, I still have not heard from her. <br /> I think now that she saw a way to make a quick $225.00, and never really intended to come back. At this point, I wish I have never heard of Angie's List.  You have sent repeated requests for me to give feedback on (company name removed), whom I never talked to and I have no idea why you thought I did.  It has all been a real pain, and I wouldn't recommend Angie's List to anyone.

Shirley always shows up when she is supposed to and does a great job cleaning.  She is trustworthy and has a great personality.  She always does my spring cleaning including my windows and I am always pleased with her work. <br />

We've been using Shirley's cleaning services for over a year and couldn't be happier. She's always prompt and if she has to change a date she gives us pretty of notice by phone. Her cleaning is fantastic. Our home is absolutely spotless when she leaves. She also helped us get polish off of our flooring that someone put on by accident. It was a huge job, but Shirley got it done and the floors look like new. We'll continue using Shirley and recommend her highly to anyone who needs top-notch cleaning. <br />

Shirley does a really good job every time she cleans.  She does some many other things than my previous cleaning company did.  She is very friendly, and is easy to talk to.  I have quadruplet grandchildren that live with me, and I always have lots of toys that I pre pick up for her to come.  Shirley then puts them back into place once she is done cleaning.  I would highly recommend Shirley to anyone else looking for a house cleaner.

We needed a deep cleaning for our home that is currently on the market. I checked Angie's list and this service popped up. Honestly, we're a pretty clean family so I was a little taken aback at the price at first because I didn't think it would be that much work. HOWEVER, when I opened the door after the cleaning session, I thought; holy cow, it looks like a new house! I was so incredibly pleased with the service provided by Ms. Wilson and would not hesitate to recommend her in the future. In fact, she'll probably be seeing my mug again.  She was on time, professional and polite and worth every single penny. <br />

The place is spotless!  She washed all the windows, floors base boards, tops of doorways, pictures - everything.  She washed all the floors, moved every piece of furniture to clean behind, cleaned off every counter-top appliance in the kitchen, washed the face of every appliance, dusted every piece of furniture by clearing and moving every knick-knack, cleaned every kick-knack including my chess set and all its pieces, cleaned every computer screen TV - everything!  I am a tough and demanding client.  There was nothing to criticize.  My white glove was clean. She and April left tired and sweaty but I was very impressed.  Do you need a cleaning lady?  You need Shirley!  You think the price is too high?  You get what you pay for.  That said, I certainly think her bi-weekly cleaning fee is very reasonable. <br /> Go on.  Give her a call! <br /> <br />

She is reasonably priced, courteous, punctual and polite and I like her. I think she does quality work. I would definitely use her again in the future.
