These guys are very professional and protect the house while working.

They did a good job, I know them for 3 years.

We were very pleased with the results and the work ethic. I would definitely recommend them . We have since hired them for interior wall and trim painting.

The Shockley’s waste no time and have performed all we have needed and requested. Scheduling them has been relatively easy, but we call far enough ahead.

The wallpaper removal went really well and was below budget. We decided to have this company paint our first floor, second floor, and ceilings as part of a larger renovation. It seemed that as the time went on, less work was done each day. I was more concerned that they used our dining room table as a mixing table. I had covered the table with a moving blanket and I assume they thought that this would not bleed through. Something leaked through the blanket and damaged the table. The owner came and attempted to repair the table himself. His repair was unsatisfactory. I asked for the table top to be professionally refurbished. He informed me that he was filing bankruptcy and had neither the money for the repair nor the ability to pay the deductible on his insurance. In addition to this, there are numerous paint drips, drops and marks throughout my house. The paint is not wearing well and the few repairs in our great room ceiling (spackling, I would assume) have fallen out. My general contractor stepped in, and despite several meetings with the business owner, he refused to do anything about the table. My general contractor covered the damage to the table, etcetera. I would definitely not recommend doing any business with this company.

I actually had them do an estimate but they want to have them and complete the job. They had experience that shows up on Angie's List until had a great dealer of them in long history about the company as far as the time that they have been doing in business. There is time and above that on Angie's List and a kind of company interest as well.

I think they were fabulous. They were very professional. it's a dad and his two sons doing all the estimating and work. I would absolutely use them again. They are a bit pricey, but it's definitely a case of "you get what you pay for." Their work is excellent. No headaches or problems:-) There were a few pre-existing problems (rotted wood on the Gazebo). They took care of what was in their scope and reccomended a carpenter for the section that needed a carpenter. They were reccomended by a friend who appreciates good work. I like that each member of this family has a ton of experience and does a great job. I paid them in installments for the work that they just completed. At one point, I over-paid them. Mr. Shockley pointed that out right away and told me a credit would be applied to the next portion of the job. He was great with all the paperwork. They have their own workshop. The TV cabinet came out great! It had an old-fashioned oak feel to it. They painted it black. Great job! They took the doors and shelves into their workshop to spray them.
