Shonts Company

The Shonts team arrived when they said they would, and worked until the job was done.  First they pumped the water out of the cistern, then cleaned out the muck at the bottom with a shop vac; then power washed the cistern.  He discovered that the pipe going into the house was rotted out and broken, and went out to purchase a replacement pipe, installed the new one, and sealed it.  All members of the team were courteous, and seemed to know what they were doing. <br /> In spite of all that effort we still had a leak that they didn't find the first time..  When I called Scott he responded right away. He came out a total of two more times.  Ultimately Scot found the leak, fixed it, painted the entire cistern with a sealant.   <br /> We are quite satisfied that the cistern is now clean and leak-free.  We appreciate his persistence to keep working until the leak issue was solved. <br /> We will call Scott Shonts if we ever need cistern services again. <br />

I have plans to call them again.  They were honest and they did a good work.  They had to do some repairs on a previous company that I hired that did the work badly.  They were very good at fixing the problem created by another company.  They are regular people like the neighbors.
