We had nearly $7000 worth of window treatments installed in our home. When they took down the old valences, there were areas where previous paint had been taken down. When I asked whether they were going to cover up the unpainted areas (with some basic white paint) I was told that they did not do that. I would never hire these people again.

If you happen to have some paint and a brush, our installers would gladly touch up some areas of concern, however we feel that is not our expertise. In most cases, we offer window treatment take down services with disposal as a complimentary service. Any repairs, patches, leaks are the responsibility of the homeowner. We hope you enjoy your window treatments for years to come!"

Excellent provider, Jody and her team are one of the best I have ever dealt with. To me the real test of a company is not how they perform when everything goes smoothly, but how they handle things when there are issues. We encountered many problems along the way (none were there fault) and they worked diligently to make sure all of these were corrected and that is what I feel really sets them apart. I will be using them again soon to compete another project.

Its great. Jody was so pleasant and very helpful, she showed us several options in their showroom, cant say enough good things about them. Service people who came to do the installation were great as well. I will be using them again when after i move.
