I had great experience with Shore Guys Heating and AC. Last year they replaced one of the HVAC units on my rental property and today Today Mike and Bobby changed other HVAC unit (two zone A/C). I have to say that I was impressed as to how Mike kept me informed during the day how everything was going, and at the end of the day they informed me what was done, sent me pictures and everything. I am very impressed with both of them. I would recommend Mike and Bobby without any reservations. Great job. Thank you.

GS Mechanical installed two top-of-the-line high efficiency heating/cooling systems in our Ocean City home using the existing duct-work. George and John did amazing work down to the smallest detail. Perfection was their constant objective. Moreover, their word was their bond. What they promised, they provided- well beyond my expectations. Moreover, the added resale value to our seashore home far outweighs the cost of the project. I am retired from both law enforcement and the military. I have learned to recognize and treasure the importance of hard work, honesty and relentlessly trying to be the best at what you do. George and his dedicated helper John take pride in consistently working above and beyond the call of duty.

Matt was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. The unit has not been cleaned or serviced in 14 years and he explained why it should be maintained and what salt air can do to the unit. I asked if they had a service contract, which they do, and he explained it to me and told me to read it over and if I had any questions to call the office, No pressure to sign. I have already recommended him to my neighbors.

I wasn't home when the service person was there. I am assuming it went well. I did receive a call from the office to provide me with an update that was done. My only suggestion is it would be helpful to put a sticker on the unit so there is documentation of what was done, when and by whom. I am used to referring to the service history on the unit.

I thought they were good.  They left the house completely neat and everything was really well buttoned up.  They put a lot of the infrastructure, they fit it into our closet space so we didn't have to bump out in other areas of the house, which was great; they made that work. They spent a lot of time with us sort of explaining the system that they thought would work the best for our house.  And they not only explained it to me, but they also explained it to my husband at length.  And then I thought their price was very reasonable.  I had gotten three bids.  And then, the system is really quiet, which was exactly what he said it would be.  They were just really nice and good people to work with.  They were by far the best price.  For quality, I haven't really lived in the house with the feel for everything, but so far I would say A, as well.  I'd give them an A across the board.  They were really nice.
