The initial consultation with Scottie Summers was very positive and we agreed on the repairs. He asked me to help his business and give him a good review with Angie's List. Weeks went by with no work. Calls were made and commitments broken. Still no repairs. Scottie went to St Charles to make more money there, and ignored his contracts with his customers in Baldwin County. Another company had removed the fallen trees and tore up our yard so we had requested some dirt and sod to repair the yard, and remove and replace our fence. We insisted he start repairs or we would find someone else. Scottie hired unqualified people to do the repairs. The job was unexceptable. We insisted the yard be completely redone and portions of the fence redone. Theses guys were nice, but it was not their profession. We were charged for a load of dirt and a pallette of sod that he didn't provide. They shot nails in the fence that stuck out an inch on the other side, used broken boards, un-nailed boards, plus and inconsistent patterns. We deducted a load of dirt and sod from our final bill. Sally hit us September 16, 2020 and the work was completed November 21st. Based on our agreement, the procrastination, and the poor quality of work, I cannot recommend Shoreline Property Maintenance, Scottie Summers, to other potential customers.

Scott and his crew were very professional. They showed up early and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would gladly recommend them and would definitely use them for future projects. I will be calling them for all of my yard work.
