Mario and his team did an outstanding job on our Wolf Serenity deck resurfacing. The job was tougher than expected due to some existing deck structure issues but Mario and his team explained everything to us and proceeded to get everything back up to par. Great workmanship and communication!

If you have a renovation project run don’t walk to ShorePointsOC Construction and owners Mario Tridente. Mario and his teams did our bathroom renovation at our condo in Ocean City NJ with exceptional expertise and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Our design plan had its unique elements, eg independently controlled shower heads and a wall of tile behind the vanity. As with any renovation, there were surprises along the way e.g. the vanity arriving damaged, needed changes to plumbing design and the 400lb vanity requiring a crane lift to the 2nd floor. Mario and his teams worked through each of these situations and still delivered our finished bathroom according to the committed timeframe. Mario was always there for support even from the hospital due to a medical emergency! Always on time. Always communicating. Always with the utmost care. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mario and these teams. Each of them expert craftsmen! Shout out to Eli from Eli Tile & Marble, Jay and of course Dan The Man! Thank you! Thank you!

Mario and his team were exceptional! I love walking up to our home and seeing how welcoming, clean, inviting and SAFE our decks are now that ShorePoints OC has completely rebuilt them. As you can see from these before and after pictures, we were in desperate need of not just a cosmetic fix, but a safety overhaul, and Mario and his team took care of the structural issues as well as addressing our design questions throughout the process. Taking on a construction process is never an easy task, and can be a nuisance for your neighbors as well, and again Mario and his team were professional, polite, considerate and kept our neighbors informed and kept the area clean at the end of the work day. I will happily recommend ShorePoints OC to neighbors and friends as well as go to them for future projects!

I recently had my OC condo remodeled by Shore Points OC and, Mario and his team were outstanding !! I really can’t say enough good things about the project, but I will try. From the initial meeting with Mario and Melissa, I could tell immediately this was the right choice. They listened to my plans, offered suggestions, and I could tell it would be a “partnership” from the beginning. I wanted someone local for many reasons, and they checked all the boxes. One thing I look for in choosing a contractor, in addition to their work product, is the “business” side of the project. After identifying the work needed, their written proposal was excellent… clear and concise… showing each phase of the project, cost, timing, and importantly, what the owner needed to purchase. This was a COMPLETE remodel of an 1,100 sq ft condo, everything except windows, including demolition, doors, kitchen cabinets and countertops, 2 full tiled bathrooms, vinyl flooring, woodwork, electrical, and painting ! Mario, and his subs, also made excellent suggestions, such as shiplap in the living area and the kitchen layout. As I mentioned, using a local contractor and vendors was important. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well. Flooring, kitchen, bath, tiling, etc. was excellent, plus Mario’s responsiveness with any questions I had. Finally, I get suspicious with any review that is too good, with no negatives. I can honestly say I had to think hard to come up with something. So looking back, the project took a little longer to complete than estimated. However, since it was off season and I was in no rush, it wasn’t a negative for me at all. In fact, the result was well worth the extra time needed! I will give Shore Points 5 ⭐️ for this project and will absolutely continue to use them for any future work! Thank you!

I would refer anyone looking for a general contractor in OCNJ or surrounding area to Shore Points OC. The work on our decks/sliding doors was done on time with high quality and attention to detail. We would like to compliment Mario Tridente and Shore Points Construction OC for the superlative job they did on our recent bathroom remodel. Mario was with us every step of the way; assisting us in selecting materials and colors and accompanying us when we went to make the purchases. His work crews were punctual, efficient and did excellent work. Mario came by the house almost every day to check on progress and to make sure we were happy with the way everything was going (we were). In addition to the rest of the work we had a somewhat difficult special request that Mario was able to research and resolve to our satisfaction. We'd also like to add that the job was finished ahead of schedule. This is our second remodeling experience with Shore Points OC and both times we were totally satisfied with the results and would recommend them to others without hesitation. If you are planning on having work done it would be well worth your while to consider Shore Points OC.

Shore Points Construction, specifically Mario and his crew, just completed a 2nd floor deck rebuild and a 12x 24 paver patio on our home at the Avalon Links. Throughout the process Mario and his workers have been a pleasure to deal with; professional and courteous. Mario suggested ways to save money without affecting the quality of the job. He negotiated reasonable pricing and completed the work in less than two weeks under a Memorial Day weekend timeline. The quality and craftsmanship of Shore Points Construction is second to none.
