I spoke with Reggie Navarro of Shoreway Plumbing the morning that my water heater went out. I explained what had happen and he explained to me that it sounds like your Thermocouple was out. He said he could be out to my home later that afternoon. Reggie was on time and confirmed the problem and fixed it. Reggie was professional courteous and didn't try to sell me a new water heater. Earlier that day Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to give me a estimate. They wanted to replace the water heater all lines leading to the water heater, not to mention replace all fixings and the earthquake strap. Good thing I remember that I had an Angie's List account and found Shoreway Plumbing. I highly recommend Shoreway Plumbing !!

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Shoreway Plumbing as I would give them 5 Stars times 2 or 3! I want to mention Shoreway's: Juan Vega, Jordan Legaspi, Kevin Godely, Fredis Ayala & Francisco for their excellent Customer Service & expertise!I want to also add for anyone that would need a sewer line replacement as I did or any plumbing work my Ygrene Program (Homeowner funding for Energy saving & Water saving improvements) Representative: Michelle Miranda contact number: (949) 861-0762, Michelle is such a great Ygrene Representative & a true Homeowner Advocate! I am truly blessed to have her as my Ygrene Representative! Michelle thanks so much for referring Juan Vega & Shoreway Plumbing for such an excellent referral & sewer line replacement that I have wanted to do for years & dreaded the $$$ sewer issues which are now no longer a problem.
