Exceptional service and communication. All aspects of the generator install were flawless. The office communicated all phases perfectly and executed the plan as scheduled. The installation team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and diligent. The team of 3 installers worked like a well oiled machine, keeping the installation moving forward and completing the install in a timely fashion. Once completed, they went over the operation of the generator in a clear and easily understandable step by step instructions. The grounds were left clean, prior to departure. Short Circuit is an excellently run operation.

The project was completed and all is working as it should. It took a rather long time to complete because of Covid 19, a backlog of the actual generator and other issues due to permits [not their problem, but our County], but it is up and running as described. The crew were professional and prompt.

It was excellent. They were on time. They knew what they were doing. They had everything they needed. They cleaned up. They instructed the use. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful installation. Exceeded my expectations! All work done in one day by knowledgeable, efficient professionals. They kept me informed during the process and provided detailed information on operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Slightly less expensive than other local providers, but very thorough, helpful, and professional. Michael is a congenial and highly competent electrician. I will not hesitate to use him in the future, and while you may have to wait for an opening, the wait is absolutely worth it. Recommend without reservation!
