Great service, Josh came out within 24 hours to look at our roof leak, and CJ scheduled Sergio and his team within 48 hours. We live in a 75 year old house, with 1x6 slats for roof, not 4x8 plywood, leak was difficult to locate on the first attempt, lots of rusty nails between slats letting water in. CJ immediately scheduled return visit right away, we still had a nagging drip, and finally on the second assessment, the source was located, no more leaks ! These guys really did a great job of follow up, determined to find the leak, and with absolutely NO extra charge from the original bid, highly recommend them.

The project went very well. James explained what would be involved and scheduled the work very quickly. Two teams were involved and each was punctual, professional and very hard working. Both teams cleaned up every scrap of material and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely hire TCS again for additional work on our house. In fact I had used them previously for a leak and found them to be reliable and honest. Because of this past experience I did not shop around for other contractors to offer competitive quotes.

The job was excellent. This is the second project I have had TCS perform. Last year I hired them to replace all my siding and trim. I was so impressed with James Fineman and his team that when this job came up I never considered anyone else. James is professional and extremely responsive. Contractors are like doctors. Once you find an honest one, you stick with them.

I call Tennessee Contracting Services. Despite the fact that they are extremely busy, especially so after the big storm, they came out to review the damage with a day or two. The person who came out actually came on a Saturday! They were able to schedule the work quickly and did a great job.

James Fineman is the GUY! Cost was low enough that I added "drip edge" to the contract. He gladly accommodated my particular needs. When I had a question, he came right out; it wound up being nothing. I called a few months later, when water was pouring over one corner of a gutter. Mr. Fineman, within 24 hrs, said he'd send his crew that afternoon. He called later, to say that the crew had been held up. He came, himself, the next day. We differed on the cause of the spill over. Even though he was convinced that his crew was not at fault, he initiated a solution. I don't mean that he rescheduled his crew; he did it himself. Right there. Right then. I just don't know what more you could possibly expect. I am very happy with the roofing job, and, certainly, with follow-up customer service. I will not hesitate to use Tennessee Contracting Services, Inc. again. And, I highly recommend them.

The team at TCS was polite, prompt, and extremely communicative. We never had a question throughout the process that went unanswered in a timely manner (less than an hour with most questions) and the team was so patient with us. We had several questions and they answered each one with amazing politeness and professionalism. What we were quoted is what was provided and there were no surprises. The roofing crew even took pictures during their process to show us to justify the work they were doing in replacing decking and the roofing materials. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and painless roofing job.

These people were very easy to deal with and very professional. They explained everything, showed us color and quality samples, scheduled the work and communicated details. They arrived as scheduled. Everyone was very polite and they cleaned up beautifully before they left. They finished in one, very long day. Would highly recommend!

This last storm that Nashville experienced with wind, lighting and tornado damage my roof and service mast was struck by lighting damaging my roof. I previously had some repairs done with TCS and was happy with their service so I called them. James Fineman was overwhelmed with work but took time to come to my home on the weekend and estimate my damage and immediately working with my insurance company. They were able to quickly get me scheduled and sent their crew out to replace. Their work crew were hard working and very considerate of clean up and time efficient. My roof looks beautiful and adds value to my home. Thanks to James, and office staff Ms. Beverly, Ms. Barbie and work crew! You are awesome!

I had high expectations for TCS based on their ratings and not only were those met, but they exceeded them! It is rare today to find a company that stands behind and cares so much about their work and customer service. I just can’t say enough about James and Donnie and every person I encountered. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys for any work you need. The best way to describe it would be to say they worked and then cleaned up as if they lived here. Doesn’t get any better than that!

James was responsive to my initial inquiry, was on-time for the quote, answered a number of questions for me and provided a quote quickly. We had an older roof which had a small leak but was ready for replacement after losing a number of shingles over the years. James was upfront about his roofing time frame, which was not unreasonable and was able to work with me on a re-schedule when a conflict arose for me. The roof was just installed so I did not comment on the quality aspect of it but I was entirely impressed by the whole process. The roofing crew arrived early, worked steadily and did a very good job of clean-up after the process. They remained after dark to finish the clean-up. The entire process went smoothly and this is what I hope for when hiring a contractor. The roof looks beautiful, too.

TCS came out and did a free inspection and provided me with an estimate. I then schedule the work to be done. The technician arrived on time and completed the work timely. He also cleaned up after himself. My roof is better than new. I plan to use them for the general maintenance of my roof from now on.

Materials used were above average compared to other quotes we received, impressed with Mr. Fineman's knowledge, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Very dedicated to customer service. Quote was a bit higher than others but well worth it. All products used were above the standard and followed manufacturer recommendations. Prep work preparing and protecting decking before installing metal roof was far more detailed and used products other companies never metioned.
