"Sue, the part behind your fence was a complete pond when the guys got stuck and you wanted us to mow anyway.. As far as the fence goes, if my mower keep in mind 60inch mower hits that fence, more then the bottom of that slat will come off! I have reached out to you several times and got nothing back!!!"

I had used Showcase last season and they did a pretty good job. My only criticism was they started late in the season and missed one treatment (I received 4 of the 5). When they contacted me about this year, they said they were offering a special deal for existing customers so I took them up on their offer. The first treatment did not come until the end of April. They missed the prime time for the first treatment, especially pre-emergement. I received an email from them in May that stated that they were contracting a third party to do the applications and that the invoicing would still be through them at the agreed upon price. Since then they have been MIA. Several emails and voice mails have not been returned and I have only had one treatment. Very unprofessional.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.... <br /> The first appt I did not even know they had <br /> done it. Left nothing,my neighbor told me they were there.  Second appt <br /> was fine.. done May of 2014.  I contacted this company 3 times, left 2 <br /> messages and NO ONE replied back in the next 6 months (I left messages about <br /> where were they, and that i had little strawberries in my yard what was I to <br /> do).  The first time there was contact back with me was a mailer asking if <br /> I wanted to renew for this year.  I was furious and the receptionist said <br /> that we still owed you 3 more apps and that someone would contact me and set <br /> that up.  I HAD TO CALL BACK a week later and complain, the secretary got <br /> me to the "new" operations manager Jeff.  He apologized saying <br /> they had to fire some people, he was dealing with over 200 complaints and yours was the worst (as far as <br /> time).  He assured me that he would personally call me on Mon (5-18-15) <br /> and see that it would be done on Mon or Tues!  After a 40 min <br /> conversation, and him apologizing over and over as he could not believe it had <br /> been an ENTIRE YEAR,  I said OK and guess what happened? NO call or appt <br /> on Monday, no call or appt on Tues, finally, really upset I called them on Wed morning very <br /> disappointed...He never called back that day!  I called Thurs., secretary <br /> answered and gave me Jeff, again over and over he apologized and I asked to <br /> talk to the owner.  Since I started writing things down to try and keep everything <br /> straight, I asked whom I was speaking, he said Jason, and I said Jason who <br /> (because I honestly didn't think I was speaking finally to the owner, and he <br /> was very rude and said "my last name was not important"..who is <br /> this?. I told him my full name...AGAIN, I went through the entire story...and <br /> then he gave me his full name..According to the website it is the same person. <br /> He told me that he personally would set up the appt and call me back...He DID <br /> call me back and has set it up for early next week.  Guess what? Another week has passed and NOT <br /> one person has set up or done my yard! <br /> Owner and the operations mgr both explained about their "fertilizer" <br /> machine breaking down 2 weeks ago and that the were using a 3rd party to get <br /> the final 3 done...My first comment was THAT IT WASN'T BROKE OVER A YEAR AGO! All <br /> they both could say was they apologize. <br /> I called Show case Lawn at 11:30am  on June 1st 2015 and got an answering <br /> machine.  I left a message to the owner Jordan VanWye and told him to mail me a <br /> check for a FULL refund.  I explained <br /> that even though they did 2 of the 5 applications over a year ago, with ALL of <br /> the issues and my lawn looking like it has NEVER been touched, it is only right <br /> that I should get a refund for services not performed, a severe lack of <br /> communication, and a complete lack of respect and professionalism by this <br /> company. It is now June 3rd and no response nor no check. <br /> It is obvious to me that this company had some bad employees, doing things they <br /> shouldn't have and they say they have gotten rid of them.  In speaking <br /> with the new operations mgr and the owner I still do not feel they have a <br /> company that can communicate with its customers nor are they a PRIORITY. <br />

I purchased a Big Deal for 3 Lawn Treatments. I only receive two and the second one wasn't done correctly. I called and they said that they ran out of time to complete the applications and they would give me three sessions in the Spring. I have been talking to them sine March and they just keep making excuses to why they hadn't came out! <br /> <br />The day after I left this review they came out and did the treatment... <br /> <br />

While they did MOST of the treatments in the proper time frame, the lawn looked awful no matter what we did. They continued to tell us it was all because of the drought in previous year but the lawn had been watered regularly during the drought and had been looking decent from the previous year. As the summer/fall progressed, the lawn looked worse than it had in a long time. We wouldn't recommend this company unfortunately. <br />

The first 2 treatments went fine.  After that it was downhill.  Lack of communication and not knowing if they actually did my last treatment.  Will not use them going forward. <br />

Scheduling an appointment was a little difficult. They did not do the best job. They did the work when I was not home. The grass looked blunt at the end. I had asked them to come back and do it again.

Mulch looked good and the guys did a great job but it smelled like cat poop or manure all summer.  Had to keep the windows closed and could not set on our back deck depending on which way the wind was blowing. <br />

Made several attempts to contact provider to set up an appointment.  Eventually, contact was made, and a day for application was chosen.  Provider arrived on time and carried out the aeration process. I was happy with the outcome. <br />
