Showstopper Painting painted the exterior wood on our home; soffits, facia, porch ceiling, columns and other woodwork. Their team, led by Grace, worked tirelessly for four days to make everything on our three story home look great! Eric, Franklin, Hosuey, and couple of others on the team (I apologize for not having their names) showed up each day at about 8 am and worked to 5 pm only breaking for lunch. They prepared the surface for painting (actually Cory and Jack of R&R Pressure Washing came the Friday before to clean our home in preparation and did a great job!), repaired and caulked all seams and joints, and applied two coats of paint. Everything looks great and now we know our home is well protected. I strongly recommend Showstopper.

Everything went well with no delays. They painted my kitchen cabinets and did a phenomenal job.

BEWARE of Sales Contract! I paid deposit up front. Balance to be paid when job was completed. Per my Signed Sales Contract they were to use 2 coats of Sherwin Super Paint. One day prior to my job beimg completed my husband was told our downstairs needed a third coatof paint additional $1,900 above Signed Contract. Nothing was changed or added to original wall color after Sales Consultant was at my home. Upstairs two rooms were in Suede Chocolate Brown in Sherwin. They took two coats of paint. Downstairs rooms were Macadamia and Basket weave in Sherwin. Per owner the Downstairs needed additional coat of paint. No where on my Signed Sales Contract mentioned I had to pay for additional paint if the two coats per my Contract was not enough to complete my job. Again BEWARE I ended up paying additional $831 to complete the job. Definitely unprofessional! Disregard brochures and flyers stating 100% money back guarantee. False advertising. A good business would have taken the loss.

The painters did excellent work. The dormer was properly caulked and the fresh paint looks beautiful.

Loved the work that they did. We had an addition to our house and they were very efficient for a great price. Highly recommend them.

They were very responsive and had a reasonable price. Was able to replace 20 boards and repaint my entire backdeck in just a couple days. Would happily hire again.

Had sales consultant Ken Lane, who gave me the best sales pitch…after which everything took a downward turn. Could not get a hold of the person to pick out colors, which was eventually on the books Saturday before the job was scheduled. Did I mention when I had taken time off from work and had other things going on so this was time sensitive? I didn’t find out till the day of the project, that it was not scheduled. Called the office, turns out the job/contract was not written out correctly after I explained very painstakingly everything that needed to be done. Magically they had already bought the paint but there was nothing they could do to get the job done as scheduled, I’d have to wait. This was after being reassured by Ken that everything was good to go. Oh, and it was an extra $1000 to get everything that I needed done right. Not to mention the rescheduling meant that I had to get someone else to come out when the painters did eventually show up. The paint crew were unsure of what needed to be done day of because, again details had been left out. Thank goodness my friend spoke Spanish and could explain. Two stars because of the kindness and courtesy of the project manager Kevin Pagano, who came out on a day off to touch up and clean up. I have other paint projects that I need done, but I won’t be using Showstoppers because again!

Showstopper power washed then freshly stained our new deck and Pergola cover. Their team was courteous and professional. The finished project superb!

It went great. They were able to do a whole house interior in 5 days. This included some drywall repairs and a few other small repairs. Just for reference Two Koats Painting said they would take 2 weeks and cost more. As long as the customer isn't passive and mentions what they want, they will get the exact product they asked for. So don't be afraid to speak up! The painters get very generalized instructions so if you are there, be sure to point out any specific items that you want done.

They did an excellent job. Quality work and finished ahead of schedule.

Inital meeting with sales representative was very informative and great service. Scheduling of color service was frustrating due to slow responses by initial consultant, which was later changed to different consultant and better service. Scheduled for two days but required third for punch list items. Final quality is great.

I am absolutely pleased with the work that was done in my house!!! I was very nervous about getting someone to come in and paint my new house. I was very pleased and the crew with Michelle was awesomesauce!!! I will be using The Painter, Inc. Again for my last rooms in this house. I am truly thankful to everyone involved with this. Their response was fast. The bid was reasonable. And due to unexpected scheduling issues I had to reschedule. The schedulers reply was simple,”We’re here to serve you! No problem.” The crew showed up on time and started right away the Team Leader stopped by soon afterwards to make sure we were all on th same page which was comforting. One of tasks for my job included the main stair well which is very tall. The crew attracted the job with confidence and did an outstanding job We tried to match a color for the few bare wood stair treads and railing. Just let me summarize, we missed the target on the first shot. So we tried a second color and that hit the bullseye. Having to redo this part of the job was handled like the entire job, very professionally. Overall 5 Star rating and of course, I’ll be using them again!!!
