The team that was assigned to the job was incredible. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and their professionalism was outstanding.

We had painting done in three areas - two rooms and the garage. One of the rooms needed a lot of patching first from the removal of closet supports. The garage had not been painted before so it needed a primer coat first. Rich and his assistant did a great job in all three areas. They were very careful during prep and protecting other surfaces (trim, carpet, and floor). They were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Communication throughout the job was very good. Communication with the project manager was good. We are very happy with the appearance of all three rooms after the painting.

Showstopper wrote a detailed contract and completed the work as planned. Thank you to an amazing crew- Miriam, Delina and Dineya. They did beautiful work. Some work crews come in with loud music but these ladies work efficiently and quietly. We appreciated the attention Kevin, Karen, and Michelle gave to the initial visit, scheduling, and paint color selection. Color matching was tricky and Karen spent extra time making sure we had a proper match. This was one of our best contractor experiences ever!

Did not cover HVAC ducts as promised so the insides were covered in dust from sanding. Also promised to remove switch plates and outlet covers. In living room and dining room they painted over them covering up some outlets entirely. Showstoppers talk a great game but do not follow through. Would never recommend them to anyone

They were able to get me in fast and did a good job with the painting. I had a male and a female worker doing my house. Each morning the male worker would come to my front door and I would greet him and tell him the back door is unlocked for them to work. On the last day he wasn't there and the female worker showed up. Instead of knocking on my door she goes straight to my back door, walks in, starts walking around, and doesn't say anything to me. When I confronted her about just walking directly into my house she didn't seem to care. Everything was professional until that very point. Nobody should ever just walk into someone's house. It doesn't matter if I had my back door already unlocked in the morning for them.

Showstopper did a great job! From start to finish, it was a seamless process. Fernando and his team were so professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We are so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Had sales consultant Ken Lane, who gave me the best sales pitch…after which everything took a downward turn. Could not get a hold of the person to pick out colors, which was eventually on the books Saturday before the job was scheduled. Did I mention when I had taken time off from work and had other things going on so this was time sensitive? I didn’t find out till the day of the project, that it was not scheduled. Called the office, turns out the job/contract was not written out correctly after I explained very painstakingly everything that needed to be done. Magically they had already bought the paint but there was nothing they could do to get the job done as scheduled, I’d have to wait. This was after being reassured by Ken that everything was good to go. Oh, and it was an extra $1000 to get everything that I needed done right. Not to mention the rescheduling meant that I had to get someone else to come out when the painters did eventually show up. The paint crew were unsure of what needed to be done day of because, again details had been left out. Thank goodness my friend spoke Spanish and could explain. Two stars because of the kindness and courtesy of the project manager Kevin Pagano, who came out on a day off to touch up and clean up. I have other paint projects that I need done, but I won’t be using Showstoppers because again!

My wife and I have hired Showstopper Painting a total of four times. To say we are extremely satisfied feels like an understatement. We have a 40yr old Townhouse with aluminum siding. We selected a blue/gray exterior paint. Showstopper did a great job. We contracted them to paint the first floor and then the second floor. They painted everything ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors, door frames and window trim. They patched, puttied and sanded wall anchor holes, nail pops, drywall cracks and corner separations. The drywall repairs were flawless. The trim work (baseboards, window frames) cut in flawlessly. So, Why not do our deck. Our deck is somewhat complicated with built in seating. They taped it off with plastic. No Over spray and again flawless. Now, Show stopper does subcontract the work. Their Professional Supervisors were on site most of the day. If things were not done to their salinification, It was corrected, to the supervisors satisfaction and ours. This is not a 'two men & a brush' operation. During the four contracts they showed up early in the morning and were on site all day. Each of our 4 contracts took 2 days. Showstopper had a crew here, they worked all day and were on time. Karen from Showstopper was our contact. She had a great rapport with the subcontractors, oversaw their efforts and made corrections when necessary. All in all it was a great contractor experience having Showstopper Painting paint our home. We highly recommend Showstopper Painting and Karen to paint your home.

Excellent. The painters did a fantastic job. It was very precise, neat and professional. I am extremely happy with the results.

It went great. They were able to do a whole house interior in 5 days. This included some drywall repairs and a few other small repairs. Just for reference Two Koats Painting said they would take 2 weeks and cost more. As long as the customer isn't passive and mentions what they want, they will get the exact product they asked for. So don't be afraid to speak up! The painters get very generalized instructions so if you are there, be sure to point out any specific items that you want done.

They did an excellent job. Quality work and finished ahead of schedule.

Ivan's estimate was on target, and the team did excellent work quickly and on budget. They moved my washer and dryer as well as removed the shelves and when they were finished, everything was put back just where it belonged. I plan to use Ivan and the team again very soon!!
