Great - The issue was resolved in less than 3 hours from the time I called them. This was important as I had to shutoff water to the entire house prior to the repair. Stan was prompt, pleasant and reasonable. Will definitely call them for any future Plumbing or Heating needs.

Stanley Hill was helpful, patient and kind when he came to fix a pipe that was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. My elderly father was convinced it was the toilet, but Mr. Hill worked with him to show it was a pipe. The final bill was very reasonable, especially considering he had to go get a part. I highly recommend him and my dad has his card on file if he needs a plumber again.

We had a leak in the shower piping above our kitchen which caused the ceiling to leak. Mr. Hill was able to figure out the location of the leak and repair it. So far, so good. He was very personable and friendly, a pleasure to talk to and was very open about what he was doing and why. Good prices, too. Will definetly call again for future work.

I called Key Property Service, and they were able to come out the same day. I was given the price of $70 per hour with 1 hour being the minimum charge plus the cost of parts. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was curteous and professional. I was told that my cartdride needed replacing. While he was replacing the cartdride, he complained that the whole that was cut around the faucet piping was too small. He removed the old cardrige. A u shape pin held old cardrige in place, and he attempted to put pin back onto new cardrige. He dropped the pin behind the tub's wall. He told me that he had to get another pin because the pin holds the cartdride in place and without it, the faucet would shoot out of place. However, he didn't have a replacement on his truck. He had to leave to go pick up a replacement pin. My water was turned off for the job and remained off. He returned between 1 1/2 to 2 hours later.. He extended the size of the home and finished the repair. Everything worked properly. He gave me the invoice, and I questoned the charges because I knew the job was no more than 1 hour.. He changed me for an additional 1/2 for labor ($35( because he had to go drive and pick up the part. He felt that it was fair to charge me for half of the time it took him to get the pin. He didn't attempted to change me for the part. However, I don't think customer should be charged for errors that the service person makes. It wasn't my fault that he dropped pin behind tub's wall and didn't have a replacement on his truck. Anyway, I didn't put up a fuss about it because he completed the job, and it was competed the same day that I called.

Did a fine job.....only complaint was that Stan somehow lost our address and phone number out of his computer, so after he failed to show on time, I called him. All got straightened out and I would gladly use him again.

Key Services easily set up an appointment, arrived on time, and found and fixed my leak. The service was impeccable as was the quality of their work. They even left the work area cleaner than they found it! I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Work was done in a timely manner and the installation looks great. Small issue with a manufacturer problem at time of installation. Resolved very quick by Key Property Service.

Crew was respectful and paid attention to detail. Clean up was outstanding. Soapy water test was performed to check for gas leaks and also electronic device. Both tests performed gave me peace of mind with the install. The price was fair considering the other quotes from other contractors in the area.

Key a Property Services installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit for me. It works great and they left my utility room cleaner than it was when they came!

Most of the drains were unclogged in the time that the deal covered. One drain was clogged in a location that would probably take another full day to get behind cabinets and remove plaster to get to the pipes. The offer to come back another day to do the work was made, but I opted to live with the clogged drain until I could have the work done. The workers were polite and efficient.

It went very well. They did what they could. Part of the problem was they would have to take out part of the wall. Once they were aware of me they very responsive.  <br /> <br /> I purchased 3 big deals and only 1 of the service providers actually knew of the purchases 2 weeks after the purchase. So apparently there is a problem between Angie's List and the contractors. <br /> <br /> They came promptly, did the work, left the area clean and they were done.

Great service, I don't think anyone really wants to spend money on plumbing but I really felt good about working with Key Property Services. I also like the fact that they are local.

The service was excellent! He was prompt when responding to my request and came prepared to provide a service. Stan was well equipped and extremely knowledgable of the field. He assured me that he would do whatever it took to resolve the issue indefinitely. he was respectful of my space and time by having the maintenance completed and sanitary all before I returned from work as not to interrupt my daily routine. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Got up for work turned the shower on and no hot water. I called Key Property Services at 8:30 AM and told them I had no hot water and the tank was leaking. They had it replaced with a brand new one by lunchtime. Great job!
