They only trimmed them and that was it. I called them to come back several times to cut them down and they would never come back. I would never hire them again.

Shurod answered my call on a Sunday morning and came out the same day and did the work!!!! I was so grateful. I had a huge tree limb about 30 feet in the air, and it looked like it could come crashing down on my new AC units and new pool filter at any time. Shurod was very professional; his price was fair; and he did the work the same day!! And, he cleaned up all of his mess (after he left, you couldn’t even tell he had been there). I was extremely pleased. Couldn’t have asked for better service!!!

Shurod was the only one that I could get a hold of and talk to when I was calling around to find someone. The others never answered their calls. He came by late in the afternoon to give me an estimate and I told him what I wanted done. I told him 1 tree had roots that were cracking my drive way and the other had branches that were over my roof and slighting touching it. Initially I thought I would get them cut down and removed but Shurod recommended that they just needed to be cut back. The tree near the driveway had 7 trunks an a large canopy. He said that removing the 4 trunks near the driveway and cleaning up the canopy would remove the reason for the tree to root so much. I'm glad he recommended that. It looks much better with the tree still there heavily groomed instead of just having an empty space. The 2nd tree had a similar issue and solution. Two of the 3 trunks were removed that were close to the house and the canopy of trimmed. It now looks like a small tree instead of tall shrub. I've very happy with the results. If you talk to Shurod you'll find out that he has a love for plants and life in general. He believes in doing a great job and letting his work generate referrals. I plan on bringing Shurod back in the future after I get my roof replaced to do some additional work to my other trees.

Terrific! If you want honest, dependable, professional tree service, Robert's Complete Tree Service is who you want to call. Returned my call for a free quote quickly. Arrived on time. Did the job right. Very friendly and professional. Had documentation of license and insurance which he provided with out having to be asked. Was able to do work that I could not have done myself. Gave me prices and options and some things that I could do my self instead of up-charging.

They offered the best pricing (I had gotten other estimates also) and did an incredible job. The tree was in my back yard, close to a fence and very near a number of garden areas. It was a difficult job and I was expecting at least some unavoidable, minor damage. They laid plywood down on the lawn and every section they cut landed right on it. Nothing was damaged. After their clean up, there wasn't one small branch or pine cone left on the lawn. The lawn itself looked exactly as it did before they came. It was a night and day difference compared to other tree service companies I had use previously.

Amazing! After a walkthru and accessment, recommendations were made regarding not only the removal but suggestions on replacement trees for the space. Tree was taken down quickly and safely.

Aside from taking a bit longer to complete than anticipated (due to the size and spread of the tree) everything went perfectly! He arrived the morning of the job early with a helper & proceeded to do the job. He was very professional & meticulous about shaping the tree appropriately, protecting the large cuts with a sealer & cleanup as he went along. The price was very fair in my opinion especially after the Angies List & senior cit discount & included total cleanup & hauling away all the debris. I highly recommend Shurod for any tree trimming or removal job. One of the best if not the best!!

Shurod cut all down efficiently and cleaned the area thoroughly. In addition, he stretched beyond the job to trim protruding new growth from a tree over my road and cut down three small trees which threatened the overhead wires. Great job!

Mr.Roberts has a concern for trees and talked to us and how if the tree had been trimmed properly then all the deep cavities would not exist and we wouldn't have had such a whole in thr base of our tree, which was pretty hollow inside!He definitely knows what he's doing,when he says it won't touch our home, it didn't !
