Super Siders

Douglas Cossette was extremely helpful to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and trustworthy. Douglas listened to what we wanted, worked with us on a plan, and Super Siders got it done. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Super Siders will be our "go to" when we need work done in the future.

A couple years ago, my husband and I noticed a leak in or roof at the joint between our four season porch and the main house. Last year I contacted Super Siders and we thought we'd identified and fixed the problem. Returning to Minnesota this month, it was obvious that we hadn't. I called Super Siders again and Russ came out. After some ingenious testing, he identified the problem and went above toward getting the leak repaired. Two thumbs up for Super Siders!

They have had a change in leadership recently that has definitely had an impact on their work and service compared to some previous reviews. Here are the things that happened during my project: - After signing the contract, I didnâ t hear anything from them for months until I reached out to them. - I was told we would do a walkthrough beforehand with everyone working on it which never happened. - I was told some unneeded utility boxes on the side of my building would be removed which they were not. - I was told the siding would be the same product as on my house which it was not. - The workers lost my light fixture mounts, so I needed to buy new lights. - I got billed for multiple things that they didnâ t actually do which I had to notify them about for the charges to be removed. I reached out to management regarding these issues, and they refused to acknowledge that they even did anything wrong. This was by far the worst experience Iâ ve had with any company.

I enjoyed working with Russ, he was very detailed and communicated each step of the way in the process, great company to work with.

My jod supervisor was really quick to answer any questions I had and also explain things to me.

Frequent communication regarding project status and time line was excellent. We were kept well informed along the way. Completion of new home and garage exceeded our high expectations.
