Everything was good until it came time to relay the quote to me and follow back up. He hasnt answered any calls or reached backout to me as he said he would. He Told me he would provide an estimate but I havent heard from him and no one is answering. I could have spent this time on a different pro.

Completed quickly and efficiently. Awaiting final Quality Control Inspection report.

I hired Signature Exteriors for a full roof and gutter replacement. From my initial consultation with John Hannaway through to the completion of the project, all aspects of the project were handled with professionalism and dedication to customer service. Particularly, I would like to recognize John Hannaway for his expertise in handling all aspects of the insurance claim process, shepherding the project from beginning to end, as well as his patience with this very inquisitive and picky customer. Project Manager Jennifer Brown did a great job in the on-site management of the actual installation of the roof and later the gutters and gutter guards, all in the midst of an August heat wave. Michael Garrie, Katelyn Brown and Isaac Hinson were all instrumental in the planning, execution and meeting the communication needs of the project. I couldn't be more pleased with my new roof and highly recommend Signature Exteriors' services to others.

They were informative and personalized in their estimate, had the most attractive bid of the several companies we approached, and clearly cared about the craftsmanship of their work, even repairing some poorly finished work from the last repair. Above and beyond!

Our friends were amazed that we had the full replacement cost of our roof reimbursed by our insurance company! If we had not engaged Signature to work with us and our insurance company, we may have paid less but we would not have been fully reimbursed for the cost of the very expensive roof of our large historic home in Concord. Signature Exteriors coordinated the replacement of the shingle and flat roof of the main house as well as the detached shingles on the garage roof. It took over 6 months from when we first contacted Signature to when the roofers actually came because of the back and forth dialogue with the insurance company. However, when they did come, despite several major storms in the Spring, they moved fairly quickly to complete the job. We would recommend that clients with extensive landscaping around their homes consider having roofing work done in the winter when there is less chance that their plants are impacted. We did have some collateral damage to our shrubs and flowers from the debris, and Signature offered to reimburse for the damage but most of the damage was superficial. We especially liked working with Jen and Michael, the gutter subcontractor. She was very professional and he was very efficient.

Very pleased with the work done by Signature Exteriors. They had someone out inspecting the roof within 24hrs and I received a very competitive quote the next day. Great communication and professionalism from John and Jennifer throughout the entire process. The new roof looks great!

I needed a roof replacement through insurance and by the time I got quotes back from other companies Signature Exteriors had already inspected the roof, walked me through the insurance process, provided a quote and had a scheduled day for a new roof. We had an excellent experience working with Signature Exteriors! My wife and I were very impressed when we first met with Michael Garrie. He is very knowledgeable and extremely thoughtful. Michael patiently explained how the process would go...and everything went exactly as he had predicted. We now have a beautiful new roof. Their price was at the low end of the bids we received, but the quality of their work is absolutely superb. Signature Exteriors also did a great job of cleaning up after their work was complete. I highly recommend Signature Exteriors. I found a leak in my roof and had never dealt with that issue before. I saw that Signature Exteriors had the best reviews of any other roofing company in the Charlotte area and that was for good reason. The whole team is phenomenal. I spoke to Michael and he was at my house the following day conducting an inspection of my roof, gutters, and downspouts. He showed me everything with pictures and drone footage along with giving a thorough explanation of the issues and solutions. Michael and John were very quick to set up a call with my insurance company and get a meeting with the insurance adjuster a couple of days later. John was extremely helpful in getting everything arranged from the insurance part, to a date to get the work done. Isaac and Jennifer led the crews at my house and both were awesome to work with. They arrived early in the morning and got all the work done in one day. They went above and beyond cleaning up, putting back and outdoor furniture, etc. Jennifer even rehung some outdoor lights, which was extremely nice of her to do. Isaac was out at my house the next morning cleaning up any remaining residue/scraps, and making sure I was satisfied with all the work. My neighbor was so impressed with their work that he asked me for their contact info. Thank you to the entire Signature Exteriors team. When I found the leak in my attic I thought this was going to be a long, painful process, but every one of you made it so easy for me and my wife. I will use you again in the future and refer to anyone I know.

Signature exteriors was amazing to work with. They kept in touch throughout the entire process, handled all the insurance needs and did phenomenal work. They left my home not only beautiful from the roof replacement but clean from all debris. They came back the next day to clean up more when it got dark out!
