We hired signature landscapes for the 2026 season. They quoted me a reasonable price, I paid in full for the season. The third week of January, they disappeared! They have never been back, they have never answered a phone call, they have never returned a message or a text! I have called multiple times, I even texted their driver, who said he no longer worked for them, and didn't know what was going on. I believe they simply stole my money. Be very careful dealing with them, Jordan was nice on the phone initially, them never responded to any messages, after that initial time.

We hired them to plow our driveway. They plowed it four times before I discontinued their services. After the first snowfall, it took them two days before they came out to plow the driveway out. The first time they did a very good job. The second time, again it took two days before they got to us.. I had to call them to make sure that they were going to show up. They came in the middle of the night and did not do as good of a job. On one side of the driveway there was a section that was 3 feet from the edge of the driveway on plowed. On the other side of the driveway there was a section that was 4 feet un plowed. They also left a sizable clump of snow in front of one of the garage doors. The third and fourth time time they showed up, I again had to call them. Someone showed up at night with a snowblower instead of the plow. One of the things I specifically requested was that they plow an our mailbox. They did an inadequate job. Every time, it took them two days before they came out.

I called and scheduled lawn care with Jordan. She was very friendly and helpful with my needs. The guys came out on time, were professional, and communicated well throughout the service. I’ll be calling them again for leaf cleanup once my trees are bare!
