Great! The crew was friendly and efficient. Tom is great at communicating in a timely manner and easy to work with. I am so excited about my new landscaping! I really wasn't sure how to rate the price because honestly, I didn't get other bids. I relied on previous reviews and the expectations I had regarding price. It wasn't cheap, but I wanted it done right and I feel like it was.

OUTSTANDING JOB! Tom is a pro, his guys are great. We met with at least 5 other companies, but between Angie's List reviews and Tom's calm confidence, we chose Signature. Tom worked within our budget, communicated well, reviewed the plans several times and tweaked things as we went, as needed, and did everything according to the time frames we had discussed. Not sure why anyone would hire anyone else. A++++++

It turned out really well. They did a great job. Responsiveness was pretty good. They were on time and they called ahead, which was nice. What stood out to me was the ability to be able to get in contact with the owner. He is also a designer as well, a landscape designer. He gave a lot of good ideas for some projects that we might do in the future.

It went very well. Tom did a great job designing a patio I never would have imagined in an otherwise useless area of our yard, helping to make more of our property functional. Tom did a great job putting up with all my questions and tweaks to the material and design, and in the end we essentially went with his original proposal, highlighting his judgement and experience with these types of projects. We have a few items to follow up with, but I will likely be using his services for future projects and landscape issues.

<p>This was a big deal purchase. I never heard back from them. I think he was upset because I wanted an idea of what to do and he said it was like a blank canvas. I said I wanted some ideas of what to do so I know where to start and what I should do first so I don't have to pull something out and redo it or something. He asked if I would be doing the work myself and I don't know if I said most of it, or what, but I don't think he liked that so he never called me back or anything. He was interested in getting more business than just the design. All he did was come out here, but he did not do anything for me. I got no value for it; it was a waste of my time. I guess he was on time. It is not very professional not to complete your business but he did not act unprofessional when I talked to him. </p>

his company did a great job cleaning up landscaping beds and created a very nice design which they then installed. Very nice owner and workers. Easy to deal with and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

I was given Tom's name when another provider failed to respond. <br>He called me and set up a time to come out to see what needed to be done. <br>We scheduled an agreeable time and they showed up as promised. <br>My yard looks wonderful. Their service was well worth the money spent. <br>I think they went above and beyond. His crew was even pleasant to my noisy, demanding <br>neighbor. <br>Tom followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the job. <br>I would definitely use them again. <br> <br>

"I reviewed the plans that I designed for you. Both plans were identical except for the second one had a water feature added to the design. You told me that you liked the first plan that I did for you, so I didn't change it up except for adding the pond. The design took up pretty much of your entire back yard and not squeezed into a corner. I am wondering if you have my design confused with some other design. This doesn't make sense to me."

We ended up not being that satisfied with their services. What they quoted to us for the price was not the amount it ended up being. He gave us a bid for minor work we wanted done but not for the work that was a high priority for us. He did what he said mostly, but at the end of the day, we still have a structural thing that didn't get addressed. We were quite disappointed that our number one issue wasn't addressed. He was busy so it took awhile to get him out here. I would tell people to get everything in writing.

"Sorry, that you were not satisfied. Had I known at the time I would have corrected anything that you were not satisfied with. Six months after the work is done you are now letting me know. We gave you a proposal that said &585.00 for mulch and that labor for over the 8hrs you paid for would be invoiced at $45.00 per hour. Part of this work included doing some grading and removing some high soil that was along you foundation. This was spelled out on the proposal and you agreed to it. Your invoice was for $980.00. Yes this was higher than the $299.00 for 8hrs of work. You needed a full day of work with 3 men. Next time you hire someone and you are not satisfied, take the time to let your contractor know. If they are reputable I am sure they would work with you to fix the situation."

Tom had fantastic turnaround on coming out to give us an estimate and then scheduling service. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our job because of the grass-growing season coming to an end. The quote he sent was specific and itemized so that we could see what we were paying for. Tom's crew showed up the morning they were expected and worked efficiently and professionally. They took the time to remove old tree stumps and dead plants as well as some fence materials that were left behind by the previous owners. Tom oversaw the work at various points throughout the day, pitched in, and checked his workers' work. He also gave me helpful advice on how to give our grass the best conditions for germination and growth as we move into next spring and offered to come back and winterize our lawn later in the season. <br />
