The job went perfectly they showed up on time and they work efficiently even though they worked under the worst circumstances of weather they did a wonderful job I would definitely hire them again. I specially liked how they would call us ahead of time to let us know when they were going to be there or if they were not going to be able to come due to the weather but overall wonderful experience.

We experienced significant water damage to our living room as a result of a leak, which required the reflooring and repainting of the space along with some drywall work. Andrew and his team did a great job for us. They stuck to the dates that we agreed to, were punctual and worked consistent hours, and, most important of all, did high-quality work. He managed to make what could have easily been a stressful experience go over very smoothly. I would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic company to work with!! After a completely awful experience with insurance-recommended company, I contacted Andrew based on recommendation from a friend. I told him our situation and within days he was at our home ready to go to work on what had already been 2 months of delays and excuses from others. Communication was great, pricing was fair, work was fantastic and done within the agreed upon timeline! I even had his folks finish up a couple additional minor drywall projects that I had put off over the course of the past year. Andrew and his team did a kitchen renovation after water damage. Great, clear communication at every step of the way. A contractor friend looked over their work for us and was impressed with the attention to detail. Andrew was persistent with the insurance company and provided tons of documentation of damaged materials. We added on some upgrades and additional projects - these had competitive prices and clear billing.

My house was damaged by a water leak in the master bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaked from under the shower and the leak got to the downstairs family room. After getting my phone call, Andrea responded very quickly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The shower, the floor, and the ceiling must be opened, dried, and the mold treated for mitigation. Andrea and his team did a great job in that. For the restoration, Andrea and his team had to replace two sinks with new countertops, redo one toilet, redo the shower with new dry wall, cement board, tiles, and the bathroom floor. For the family room, they had to repaint the ceiling and the result is great. I have no complaints. Everyone in his team is professional and I will not hesitate to hire them for another project.

We had some water damage to a floor and wall. Andrew was very responsive and professional when I called and when he stopped by soon after to check the work. He worked with the insurance company and provided a very detailed work estimate. He and his team replaced some insulation, put the carpet and molding back in on the walls and cabinets. He also replaced the drywall, spackled, and repainted. After completion we can't even tell anything was damaged! His spackling texture and paint matched exactly. We are very pleased with his work. He was always professional and friendly, as were his employees. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

I needed to have mold treated in my attic. Contacted Andrew through their website, got a response quickly via email. Sent pictures of the issue and was able to get a quote and setup appt via email. Arrived on time day of appt and got rid of the mold. Excellent service. Would use again if needed.

This was my first experience hiring a contractor and thankfully a friend, who had previously worked with Andrew, recommended that I call him. Andrew was very thorough in determining what would be needed to fully restore my home. He was able to clearly and effectively communicate with our insurance company, advocating for us when there were differences between the appraisals. Andrew and his team were wonderful to work with. They worked with my insurance company to help get the work approved and kept me up to speed as things progressed. The work itself took a little less than three days. They were always on time and the work was quiet, clean, professional and they even put up with my nutty dog. Our house was damaged by a slow water leak. Hardwood floors and drywall in our kitchen, dining room, and living room had to be removed as well as lower cabinets in the kitchen. Damaged insulation required replacement under floors and in exterior walls. Signature Restoration (owner: Andrew Lomakin) was the most professional and easiest contractor to work with of several I interviewed for repair bids. They installed, sanded, and finished new hardwood floors. They removed, replaced, textured, and painted drywall. They installed all new kitchen cabinets and restored plumbing, and appliances. They put in a new handrail and balusters between the kitchen and family room. Although not damaged by the water, we asked Signature Restoration to install a new skylight and new ceiling light fixtures in our kitchen. Their work was highest quality and quickly done. Andrew always kept us up to date on work progress and completion schedules, and his employees were very reliable and easy to work with. I always appreciated Andrew's total honesty and willingness to discuss any issue with me whenever I had questions. I will call Signature Restoration if my house needs major repair or if I decide to remodel it in the future. Andrew is a real professional and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially hired him as a water mitigation company to dry out our flooded kitchen. Andrew did a great job and came to our house every day to ensure the entire house was completely dry. Due to severe damage caused by the flooding, we now needed a full kitchen remodel. And, luckily, decided to go with Signature Restoration LLC. Andrew and his team handled everything and our new kitchen came out great! Andrew, worked with our insurance company and ensured that we get a fair compensation for repair work. His 20+ years of working with insurance companies definitely helped! Andrew handled all contractor work, provided recommendations for kitchen cabinet companies, granite, tile, flooring and electrical work and was always available and willing to help when we had questions. After discovering a small mold problem while selling my home, I reached out to several specialists. Most didn’t answer or didn’t return my calls. Andrew at Signature Restoration answered immediately and requested I email him pictures and a summary so he could provide a quote. The following day I received a quote and we agreed to a time. Andrew came out on time, properly treated all spaces, didn’t try to up-sell me on anything, and charged a very fair price. I will definitely use his services again should the need occur.

Andrew was booked out for a couple of weeks but he knew I really wanted my kitchen back together by Thanksgiving so he came and did the work himself. Everything was completed and good as new before Thanksgiving. My insurance company did get confused by his estimate for some reason so I had to work with them a lot to get it approved. Eventually turned out fine. Would definitely use his services again though.

We had a drain leak in a wall that caused damage to our house. Because it was dirty drain water, everything it touched (ceilings, floors, walls, trim, insulation) had to be removed and disposed of. After the water mitigation and decontamination was complete, we needed to repair/restore the damaged areas. Andrew came highly recommended from the water mitigation company, so we had high expectations and were not disappointed. He was easy to work with, responsive, patient, flexible with our schedule, and very accommodating for some special things we wanted done. The price was reasonable and quality of the work was outstanding. He coordinated everything with our insurance company so that the whole experience was hassle-free. We really appreciated his attention to detail, his care to ensure that surrounding areas were protected during the work, and that he made sure everything got put back correctly. Everything is now nicer than it was before the damage. We would absolutely hire him again--we wouldn't trust anyone else to do this sort of work on our house.
