The overall experience has been horrible. The provider has lied on numerous occasions. Has not shown up to complete work when they said they would. Refuses to show receipts. Refuses to give a lien waiver for the crew he sublet unbeknownst to me. The provider has lied by stating the crew works for him. The crew denies his claim and is now asking me for payment or threatening a lien on my home. The provider is very aggressive and rude as he has cursed directly at me. When questioned about where the funds I have give have gone and when work will be completed he gets very irate. He has made several promises to show up to my home to began working but he still has not shown up. I have incomplete retainer walls because he did not order enough materials but did order too much brick which is still incomplete my front yard. He has told me several times it would be moved by end of day. Now the provider refuses to communicate. He has still yet to give his formal contract.

You need to check the national weather report before requesting a review on an incomplete job. Not fair to the contractor.

OK Weather has not made it possible to complete all the work. I prefer to give my review after the work is completed. I do not believe it should adversely affect my contractor because have not sent a review.

Job was not completed. I reached out several times, was given day and time, no one would show, finally came did half the job, which is horribly done, Joshua was to come back to finish the stucco. I have reached out numerous times to be told (1) needed to get the materials. (2) just plain FORGOT about finishing the job(3) couldn't make it out on a scheduled time due to illness( understandable) however am no longer receiving any communication about finishing the job from Joshua nor All in one. Has been weeks for a job that should have been 1 day, feel robbed as money was taken and the job has not been completed. Will never reccomend nor ever use again.

This Guy is a nightmare. (JOSHUA) He is so desperate he will beg you for the job then try to screw you. He had bad sod delivered to my home without my consent. He promised one price then he kept changing it. The sod they put in my front yard is lumpy, and I have already replaced some of it. the mulch is a mess, they never put a liner down. He left 10 pallets of bad sod on my property. The workers he contracted with to do the sod said its not even good sod. The guy he got to do the grading said he tried to borrow 1300 dollars from him. He has no equipment, he said he's been doing this for so many years and has done all these big projects, but he asked me to rent him a machine because he doesn't even have a credit card. I could go on for days, all I can say if you run acros Joshua, All in one, or Silas reclamations LLC run for the hills. These are all the names he uses.

"I quoted you at 1 dollar a square foot for clearing and grading you said ok so I ordered materials and schedule my guys to be there and upon arrival you were trying to get me started on grading before you signed a contract so I wanted it signed beforehand because you looked uncomfortable then you started questioning my quote and I even came down to 6k for the grading and sod installation then you said you had 4k and I told you I couldn’t do it for that price you turned around and went inside and wouldn’t pick up the phone or answer the door I had ten pallets of sod onsite and five more coming the next day and a grading crew and installation crew onsite you refused service so I left and left the material. What’s odd is you gave us a five star review on the first project and absolutely loved your yard then once this situation happened you gave us a one star and bad review saying all kinds of things I don’t understand why there was a misunderstanding you knew my rates because we had just completed a 7k job for you"
