My freezer had gotten too warm. SILC was the first to call me back. The freezer got colder before he came, but I decided to keep the appointment anyway, not knowing if it would break down during the weekend. Brian did a very thorough job checking it out and restarted it so the compressor would not be so hot. Also if anything reoccurs within 30 days, he will come check it out, so that gives me a lot of piece of mind.

Brian called right away and we made an appt. for the next day. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, bought the part, came the next day in a snowstorm, and repaired the washer in under an hour. Wow. I cannot praise his expertise enough.

My "newish" insignia fridge kept on over frosting my food. I called Silc and they sent out Brian who was hilarious but very professional. He came out, assesed the problem and had a solution - Which to my surprise (and gratitude) was a simple fix. All I needed was a new seal, literally saved me at least $800 bucks becuase the wife was ready to get a new fridge.

Silc appliance repair a great service! Their team was helpful with diagnosing the heat issue I was having with my dishwasher and the issue I was having with my refrigerator ice machine not producing ice. I was nervous about having a technician in my home due to Covid but the tech was prepared with a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings. I will definitely use Silc appliance repair again in the future.

I was having problems with my dishwasher draining the water leaving me with a small pool in my kitchen so i called Silc Appliance Repair and they were amazing! I spoke to a very nice gentleman named Brian, he took care of everything and my dishwasher was like brand new in no time! 10/10!

Brian check the whole machine and the part needed for my 10 year old washer was dicontinued. The part was a pressure switch. We are looking for a replacement preferably not a used one,. Brian leveled the machine and I am very happy with the results. He arrived promptly and prepared for what needed to be done. I definately reccommend Brian,
