They were very busy and said that it could be a couple of days until they could get to it.  When I told them that this was a business computer and that I was essentially dead in the water without it, they said that they would have a look and let me know.  I got a call the next morning that my computer was ready to pick up.  It has been running great ever since. <br />

<p>William, the technician, arrived promptly and worked efficiently. He cleaned our laptop so that it is working like new.  He double-checked our Mal-ware and made certain we had up-to-date software.  Each item I was concerned about was addressed and taken care of efficiently.</p> <br />

They did a real good job.  I was very happy with them.  I was shocked at how inexpensive it was.  It took them a couple of days but I was more than happy with the way it worked when I got it back.  I would absolutely recommend them.  It took them longer than I thought but I am not sure if that is entirely their fault.

My computer no longer overheats.  But he did miss a virus. <br /> Overall, good. <br />

They were very professional. They sat down and talked about what I wanted to do with the computer so that they could come in and what kind of components are needed and they made some suggestions and then they both recommended things that were more expensive and things that were less expensive. They said you probably don't need to do this you probably wanted to do this so I felt like I got a very good end product and very good sense to what my needs were.

Brought the PC to Silicon Solutions. They said it would take about 2 days. Picked it up two days later with repairs done. <br />

These people are fabulous.  They don't rip us off either.  They tell us upfront if we just want to waste money, I'll go ahead and do it, but we don't need it.  It goes a long way.  They are excellent.  I had them work on everything, all the computers of my friends from business stuff and I had them do my own computer, personal computer where they double checked for bugs, update, add software; it had been 4-5 years old.  They had it for 24 hours observation, redid everything.  There were very few bugs.  Their pricing is excellent.  They call us before they do it; if they come across something that is more than what we ask, they call us before they touch anything.  They worked on my friend's business computer for virus cleaning.  I would recommend them to everyone.
