They do not stand behind their work. Paint job failed within 3 to 4 months. Contacted them. Scheduled 4 times with them from October to May 5 to correct the rusted nails/bolts and the rust spots. Was suppose to come May 5. Called 3 times week of Mar 1 to make sure they were coming May 5. Beth never called me back. And needless to say they never showed up. Do not use this company.

It went extremely well. The price was fair and got the work done within the timeframe. Responsive to any phone calls and If I had any concerns and issues they were quick to fix it and I would recommend them to anybody.

Silva Painting was wonderful to work for. Living in Richmond and completely remodeling our inside was a difficult, but Silva not only took care of our painting and flooring, but they went above and beyond and coordinated with other contractors to make life easy on me. Beth certainly went above and beyond even meeting deliveries for us since we were out of town. We have had a couple minor emergencies with drywall and water and the Silva team quickly worked us in and took care of us. Thanks Team Silva and thank you George and Beth!

They never complained when things went wrong. For example, George says “did you know your refrigerator was leaning backwards?” The waterline was leaking and the floor had to be replaced. I was delighted when they said they could fix it. When I stated my oak cabinets didn’t look right with the new floor I picked out... they fixed it by painting my cabinets to match the floor. Great job! The stairs are unique and the envy of my friends.
