Adevaldo and Andreia were amazing. They detailed/deep cleaned from top to bottom including the open rafters in my log home. They moved very piece of furniture and did not miss a spot, which was no easy task as I have 2 large dogs. This was their first time and I have already scheduled regular monthly cleanings. They are very reasonable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to any one who wants a professional house cleaning.

The initial job was excellent. The recurring cleaning became progressively worse. On one occasion the 2 people only stayed 1 hour. We texted and called Adevaldo Silva multiple times and never received a response. We fired him

This was our first time. We were totally overwhelmed by the job they did. They will be back on a regular basis for sure. We wholeheartedly agree with all of the other reviews, plus some. If it "didn't move" in our home, they cleaned it. If our dog didn't move they may have cleaned him as well. Outstanding!

Incredible. Even cleaned the dusty bathroom ceiling light fixture. They both worked really hard and cleaned until the whole house was spotless. Moved the couch pieces forward and got the layer of dust between each sectional. We are not new to cleaning services, but they are a cut above the rest—even made my young son feel super comfortable too. We are thrilled with their work and process and plan to keep working with them!

I wish I had the words to express how impressed we were with this whole team. We needed an emergency cleaning because of physical ailment two days before leaving for a trip. The team arrived and proceeded to scrub our home from top to bottom. No stone was left untouched. They were professional, courteous, and detailed at a level I did not expect. To say that they exceeded by expectations would be dramatic understatement. They have my highest recommendation, and believe me, when it comes to house cleaning, I am a very hard nut to crack. They were, in a word, outstanding.

They did everything on my list and then some extra that I had not counted on. They were very professional and respectful to me. Now I am ready for Easter!!

Positives: The entire townhouse was cleaned from top to bottom, and the cleaning was very thorough. They were very detail-oriented. They were available to come and clean with short notice, right before Christmas. They were friendly and nice, and 3 people were cleaning at the same time, to make everything go faster. Negatives: The cleaning was scheduled for 1:00pm and they arrived at 2:00pm. They didn’t call to tell me they were running late or when they would get there, so I was surprised when they arrived at 2pm. The light fixture in my kitchen was broken during the cleaning; the bulb and outer glass globe came crashing to the floor. It was an accident, but still, I will now have to replace it. There was a language barrier, and the owner who spoke English didn’t arrive until about 45 minutes after the cleaning ladies who did not speak any English, so they started cleaning without giving me a quote on the price of the cleaning. They quoted me $150, and I paid $100. They were easy to negotiate with. Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the house when all was said and done.

The Silva team did a fantastic job - much, Much, MUCH more thorough than any previous cleaning service we have had. Everyone was friendly, professional, and the cost was far less than I would have expected to pay. We have had at least four local cleaning services over the last 10 years, and never really been satisfied with the quality of cleaning - we just "settled" when we could find decent cleaning at a decent price. We have very intention of continuing with Silva.

I hired for a deep clean and I don't feel that I got a deep clean.

They were very efficient with the general cleaning. They cleaned the inside of the stove and refrigerator. The hardwood floors looked like new and the house smelled so good when they were finished.

They were punctual but took longer to clean....But they did contact more employees to come & help clean!!

The cleaning went well. Unfortunately, one of the cleaners accidentally put a 3 foot hold in my drywall. He was very quick to send someone out to repair the fix. The initial fix was good, but as anyone who has worked on drywall knows, the first coat of drywall compound requires sanding and a second coat to fade in the repair so it isn't as noticeable. After multiple attempts to reach the company, they have not responded to my request to finish the drywall repair, let alone paint the repair. Because of this, I need to now hire someone to perform the drywall repair and paint the wall which will cost more than the cleaning services in the first place.

They cleaned the first and second floors of my house, and it was the most thorough cleaning job the house has experienced! They were very detail oriented and covered everything - blinds, cabinets, the interior of the oven - I was so pleasantly surprised at the nooks and crannies they cleaned. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality cleaning service.

It went very well because I work from home and have a lot of flexibility.

My house has never been this clean! They worked relentlessly and everything was done to perfection and in great detail! Communication from the owner was excellent and he even called afterwards to ensure I was happy! I would give them an A+++++
