The driveway was completed and had no apparent problems when finished in 9/2020. Starting in May 2021 , there began to be divots in the payment anytime someone pulls into the driveway and turns to exit (ie. leaving our garage every day, delivery trucks, guest, etc,). The divots literally tear the asphalt away and leave a hole with small loose rocks, creating small pot-holes everywhere on the driveway. This situation gets worse every day as more vehicles naturally come into driveway and there are divots and holes everywhere! I have tried multiple times to call Silvas to repair or replace -- the number on the receipt 401-787-0836 is not active, there is no other number on the internet to call and my email note to Silvas Paving via Angi chat has not been acknowledged to date. We have already engaged legal counsel and plan to file in RI district court for full relief if not resolved -- upon researching, they also go by E-Paving and will cross-reference any other business entity they have used (presuming registered).

If you are using them then you must deal with the father. ive met up with the son and negotiated a price we both agreed on. on the day of service, the father shows up and says the price is too low.
