Chris was knowledgeable and answered my questions to help me make the best decision. the other guy was just trying to sell me whatever. The difference in price was $1000 and I got the exact same system the other guy was quoting. Fast, quality install and cleaned up everything after. Definitely a guy with integrity. Update: I'm now I'm my fourth thermostat and it seems really hard to believe that I've had 3 defective thermostats in a row. Logic tells me that there has to be something else going on- what are the odds? - yet each time they just change the thermostat and don't try to see if there's something causing it. Getting REALLLLLLY tired of waking up in the middle of the night sweating. Read below for important follow up: this is the third time in the month or so since it was installed that it quit working. Twice it was the thermostat. This time i won't know until Chris gets here sometime between 3-6. It's already 84 in the house and it's not even 12. Three breakdowns in 6 weeks on a brand new system is NOT okay. I'll await the outcome of this afternoon before i change the rating. He blamed the manufacturer for the 2 defective thermostats. I sympathize, but it's not my problem. And now with the third time with a brand new system not working, I'm upset. It's 4:15 on a Sunday and it's 87 degrees in my house. Chris just left. I don't know enough to judge if it's workmanship or not but when I've been roasting inside my house for an entire day, I don't want the guy who I gave $3800 to 6 wks ago to make excuses and tell me that it's not his fault. An apology or an acknowledgment would have been nice. So far I've had an outage once every 2 weeks. So no, I would no longer recommend him. If everything goes right, he's great. But 3 breakdowns in 6 ks sucks. I had my last unit 15 years with no service call...

Very professional

Very happy with our choice to go with Silver Air Services. Installation was smooth. Our smoke detector that is hardwired into the air intake decided to malfunction (it was over 20 years old), but Chris was there to help get everything taken care of. We wI'll definitely refer anyone we know to Chris for new installations or any needed repairs.

The only surprise I really have was the Air Handler that was provided. It is very disappointing looks like something that should be in a warehouse. ( not the Normal Air handler that is used in apartments)

Chris, the owner, stopped by and gave me a quote on his recommendation of 2 AC units. The price is very reasonable and unbeatable after I compared with other 9 quotes (with small and big companies). Chris and his team took the time to install the units and cleaned up everything after the job is done. Highly recommended to everyone.

We hired Silver Air to install a new central AC system at the end of August 2012, based on reviews from this site. One year later, the AC was not cooling the house. We put in a call and spoke with the owner's wife but never received a return call to set up an appointment. So we called another company and found the unit needed 3 pounds of freon after only one year! This Sunday morning, we now have an AC unit that is not working. After a little more than one year, very disappointing.

Chris showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a super competitive quote...then completed the job quickly and on time. Will use them again most definitely !

Chris was a great guy to work with. After meeting several contractors it was pointed out that the condensate pump should be replaced. Silver Air maintained their quoted price and included the pump at no additional cost. They made a big AHU fit into a very small space. They did an excellent job at an excellent price.
