Silver bullet pest control

NOT well, the problem dissipated for the first year, then the following spring, they were back - AND they were back again in summer. Each time they came out and applied what I am lead to believe is treatment. He very specifically reminded me last summer that my "warranty" was ending, although no maintenance was suggested. Today, in the VERY SAME place, the swarmers were back. With the money that was spent, this should not have happened if the job was done correctly. I am VERY unhappy and will look into calling another service. These people were not cheap, but I thought they were honest and going to take care of the problem. I was wrong. It's not as if many years have gone by - I have not gone more than 7-8 months at a time before the problem returned. For all I know, they sprayed with plain water for HUNDREDS of dollars worth of service.

I was very happy.  They came and fixed my problem.  I really liked them.  I was doing my deck in the back and I got stung twice.  I remember them coming right away.  For punctuality A - they were there. 

A long ride with them. It was crazy at first. They were suppose to come back every three month. They never came back, until I called Angie's List. Finally found out what happened to the company. Finally, the owner called me back, and he apologized. The technician did not put our contact information in the system, bla bla. Finally sent someone last week to spray in the basement. I hope in the next three months, I do not have to go through this again. I did not like having to call Angie's List nonstop, and no answer from him. We will see what happens. Every time I call, I would get a machine, and couldn't leave a message. I had to another number, and he still did not call. Finally after Angie's List got them to call me, he apologized. I told him a new kitchen needs to be sprayed, so the wood won't go bad. It was over six months, and he never came back. We will see what happens. The past is the past, and we will move on. He already has the money. I am not asking for a refund, but do your job the way you were suppose to do it. They did not follow up, to see what was happening. It took all those phone calls, for him to reach out. I might give a better review later. The owner did contact me, and it is a small business, and you have to have all your information correct. Check everything, make sure it is correct. What is you have six locations, it could be trouble. When they say that they would be here, they did come.

Service was professional and prompt. Didn't seem to have any bug/mosquito issues when it was complete. It did take a few phone calls to make contact and set up the appointment but once it was scheduled, they were right on time.

Service was PERFECT ! David called me a few hours after I purchased the offer. We set up an appointment for the following week. He offered to come earlier but that didn't work with my schedule. His technician showed up on time. The yellow jackets seemed to have built a nest under my dryer vent in the wall. I thought it was in the vent itself. The tech treated the area and also answered my questions about the treatment & the yellow jackets. Being allergic to bee stings, I was concerned. He assured me they would be gone within a day or two. I am glad to say he was right. The yellow jackets are gone & I can enjoy my backyard & do my yard work again. And, they gave me a 30 day warranty too !! David & his tech are very professional & friendly. They are happy to answer questions about the pests & treatment & I will be using them again when needed. You can't go wrong calling Silver Bullet. Fantastic!! Within 4 hours of purchasing the service, Silver Bullet came to my house and treated the yellow jacket area. No more yellow jackets. I had tried 4 times to get rid of them with over-the-counter products, however, I was never successful.

The owner, David, is very knowledgeable and came to my house to treat the basement beams for termites and the house for ants. He came within a day of calling him and his rates were less than half the price quoted by terminex. He drilled holes around my house to apply the pesticide as well and took care to not cause damage to the brick pathway. I highly recommend his company.

I called Silver Bullet, and David and his assistant came out, the same evening.  He inspected our roof, and located a hole that a squirrel had made in the roof.  He advised us that the best method to get rid of them, was a one way squirrel tunnel. David attached the tunnel, and after a few days, the squirrels found their way out. The tunnel allowed the squirrel to exit, after which it wasn't able to re-enter.  Silver Bullet returned, and removed the tunnel, they then covered the hole with wire mesh. <br />
