Avoid completely. Unsafe. This "company" handled our garage to in-law suite conversion and it was a constant headache. Many short cuts taken, undoubtedly to cut costs, mini-split sloppily and incorrectly installed - not to code and was inoperable (we had to pay for new mini-split and professional installation), improper gas water heater installed that lead to a carbon monoxide leak detected weeks after my mother was living in the space (we had to buy a whole new water heater afterwards), leaking windows after the first heavy rainfall (we had to pay for windows to be properly sealed), and project took two months beyond projected timeframe. Do your research and spend your money elsewhere.

Willie went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with finished project. He was available on call for questions and concerns. He made helpful suggestions to project as it progressed and was able to maximize use of budget expenses. Also was attentive to attached building and enforced structural integrity of building.

Mr Bowser constructed a 30x30 detached garage. Excellent work and communication. Project was completed in a timely manner and very cost efficient. I will using Silver Hawk for multiple upcoming projects. Thanks Mr Boswer for the excellent work.
