Vaun and his team are fantastic! We had a Trex deck built three years ago by another contractor, but it started pulling away from the house and tilting. Silver Lake came in, fixed the problem, and now our deck is stable and beautiful. I highly recommend Vaun and Silver Lake for any construction needs.

Sliver Lake was amazing. They came out reviewed the problem. He did not just bid on what we asked but reviewed the problem and provided a solution to fix the root cause. He was the only contractor to fix the full problem of our deck. We have a safe deck now and it looks great. I am so happy with Silver Lake we will be using them for our next project. You want a contractor you can trust this is the company to use.

Vaun, the owner, is very responsive, dependable, and does high-quality work. Together with Brian, who assisted Vaun throughout, they quickly removed my old deck and put up a new one, which was redesigned and bigger. I was impressed with their quality and thoroughness. I will absolutely keep them at the top of my list for future remodels. If you want to work with someone that will do the job right and on time, Vaun is your guy.

Vaun Christensen and his team arrived and completed the job as promised and within the stated budget. There was a tiny add-on project we requested and Vaun was able to fit us in to his schedule immediately following the weekend and execute it at a reasonable cost. We were impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Silver Lake and will certainly reach out to them FIRST for future project. (As an aside, when we were researching contractors, we were skeptical that a business would have only "5-star" reviews; seemed too good to be true. But now we know why. Thank you, Vaun!)

We hired Vaun and Silver Lake to start the process of finishing our basement. We went through a massive renovation of our above-ground home just 2 years ago with a different contractor and there were some frustrations with that process. This job with Vaun was refreshing. He was very helpful, receptive, and easy to get ahold of. The cost was fair, transparent, and competitive (no hidden costs) and the work was quality. His workers/subs were great to work with. 5-star experience. We will be referring Silver Lake to friends and using them again for further work in our basement.
