They were very friendly and helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they answered all my questions. Got a new high-quality hose bib. Asked a question about a toilet part in the basement bathroom and they fixed it at virtually no charge. Very happy with their work and recommend them highly.

They showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, fixed it immediately, and refused to charge me since it was so simple to resolve, and we had miscommunicated earlier about the time to meet at the rental house.

It was a huge job. I had to get the siding taken off the back of my house to access the pipes for the bathroom and kitchen. My house is on a concrete slab, so the pipes were not just replaced but put in different locations as a workaround. They had to dig down 4 feet to replace pipe from the well to the house. At one point, Jesse and his wife and young son were willing to stay until as long as it took so I wouldn't be without running water even one full day but I told them to go home and come back the next day. When he started to drain my hot water heater, we discovered it was so plugged full of rust I would need a new water heater. He ran out and got one right then and sold it to me for his cost. Overall, I was so pleased with how hard they worked to get the job done quickly that I gave them a bonus.

Horizon was courteous, efficient, honest and informative. After estimating the job at nearly $400, Jesse charged $283 as he was able to complete the work in less time than planned. We now have a solid "go to" plumber for anything else which needs attention.

Jesse and his wife arrived promptly to assess the problem. They discussed my concerns and requirements. Then they left to acquire parts. They were very knowledgeable, and insisted upon using only quality parts. Everything went as planned and I was completely satisfied. The new spigot works great! I will certainly use Horizon again.

I got quotes from three different plumbers and Horizon were not only the most reasonable, they were very personable, professional, and were some of the easiest people I have had the pleasure of working with. We are currently getting our place ready to sell, so I have dealt with roofers, painters, plumbers, electricians, & carpenters in the last month and these guys were the best to do business with! When we move into our new place, I will definitely be hiring them to do some upgrades to the new place.

Jesse and His team were awesome from the day he went out to bid the job until the job was completed. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. On the job he went above and beyond, He kept me in the loop as to how the job was progressing, options I had for the jobs completion and was able to answer any questions I had. He worked with me so I would not go over budget during the remodel, while making sure that the house looked better than before. Jesse was professional throughout the entire job and made sure to clean up each day before leaving. There is no question about rehire, I will be calling him first in the future!

They were both so kind and conscientious in everything they did. They had a few problems as was to be expected, in an older manufactured home, but handled everything to our satisfaction. The quality of their work was outstanding. After the sink was installed, they noticed some minor chips in the back. It was really not noticeable, but they insisted on removing the sink and getting a new one from the vendor. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. I am so glad I found them on Angie's List, and will certainly use them in the future when we need any plumbing work done. I can highly recommend them.

Great, work went well, they showed up on time and completed quickly and in a professional manner. Work site cleaned up after job was done. They finished off the exterior application with a nice cedar trim piece. I liked the high quality of materials and the workmanship utilized in my repair. I will use Horizon on any future plumbing needs I have and have already recommended them to my friends and co-workers. They were a very friendly and professional couple during all phases of the process, from scheduling thru work completion.

My experience with Jesse and Maryam Hull at Horizon plumbing was by far the most valuable, quality, easy-going, smooth, and affordable service I have ever commissioned in my entire life. This is not an exaggeration in the least. These folks are prompt, kind, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and absolute experts at what they do. Jesse is a true craftsman at heart, using only the best materials (which he procures at very low prices and does not hardly mark up if at all), and always developing the most effective way to complete a job at the most fair price you can ever imagine. He quoted me at HALF the price of a large plumbing company in the Tri-cities, completed his whole list of actions items, and proceeded to work side by side with me in my crawlspace for an additional 5 hours, at 9 o'clock on a Tuesday, just to see the job through. His invoice came in at $200 UNDER the original bid price. This is probably an out of the ordinary situation, but it just goes to show you the true ethical and quality mindset this company maintains. Everything Jesse did at my home was completely world class and professional; he is up on all the prevailing codes, performed every service we needed with confidence and ease, as is INCREDIBLY fast and hard-working. I think he took one lunch break and one water break during the entire 2 day job and absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. Not to mention his wife Maryam is super friendly and helpful, they allowed me to work side by side with them when I wanted to jump in to help out, and they remembered my cats name after only meeting her once. Seriously, who remembers someone's cat's name they met one time for like 15 minutes? Horizon plumbing that's who. I found Horizon on Angie's List, not knowing any plumbers in the area, and I can assure you without a doubt that if you call them you will absolutely not be disappointed.

Very impressed with the level of service provided by Horizon. The service tech was very knowledgeable and explained to me that part of valve just needed to be tightened. He could have easily swapped the valve and charge me for the job but instead was honest and genuinely looked out for my best interest. Will be calling horizon for future work on a remodel and recommending to friends and family.

He was very responsive, showed up on time on a very snowy day, and fixed the issue that day and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use Jesse again!

The plumber was fast and professional. He found a fork clogging the line and after replacing a broken piece of pipe everything was working like new again.

Awesome! Horizon Plumbing responded quickly. Located plug but also found old galvanized pipes beginning to seep. After discussing options decided to have all pipes replaced. Work completed in 1 day with just a few things to finish next day. Never knew I could be so happy about plumbing! Horizon Plumbing was great to work with, professional, courteous, and very fair. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them.
