<p>They have provided quarterly service for us for about the past two years. They are extremely professional and kind every time they come. They were very careful to treat every single fire ant mound on our 1.6 acre lot after hearing that my daughter was bit by fire ants. They are always careful with our wooden baseboards, children napping in rooms, and our little dog. They always were foot covers and are friendly but not overly chatty. They don't always come on the day that they are scheduled but do come near the scheduled date. They are great to spray the outside if we are not home and are happy to spray and re-spray the inside anytime we need. Since using Silver Lining we are no longer seeing as many scorpions, which is impressive in our area. They also did a special treatment about a year ago when they noticed a problem with carpenter ants. </p> <br />

They are pretty good, but they haven't come back yet to do their quarterly. They are very thorough and professional. They do a good job. They treat every corner of the house. The price is a good deal.

First, I was impresssed at the level of professionalism over the phone. I was able to book an appointment within 48 hours of my call. They told me who to expect (a female and her name). She arrived early. She explained everything, they did use some "green materials" because I am pregnant and have a toddler. She even killed a scorpion for me immediately! We had large piles of fire ant hills. Within days of them spraying all the ant hills were empty. We haven't seen anymore scorpions in our home (and were pleased that they didn't charge extra for this as some companies do), and haven't had any problems with the spiders we were seeing in our home.

Do not use this company.  They never finished the job.  After delaying the start of the project twice over 3 weeks the "all day job" was done in approximately 2 hours.  It was horrible.  We were left with orange foam and wire sticking out on every side of the house and not all gaps sealed!  They did set a couple of traps in the attic but instead of returning for the kill in two days they didn't come back for over two weeks. <br /> <br /> The owner was contacted and promised to fix the problem.  He came back to fix the problems two times and promised to come back a third to finish the job but never showed up again. <br /> <br /> When Silver Lining did show up for an appointment they were late anywhere from 30 - 90 minutes.  Every single time. <br /> <br /> In the end we had to contract another company for rodent removal and pay another $700 to do the job again as they wouldn't guaranteed the haphazard job that Silver Lining had done.  I can't imagine a more unprofessional experience - we paid $700.00 for 3 rat traps that you get at the hardware store for $5.00. <br /> <br /> Regarding the quarterly in-home pest control service they came once and did not show or call again for the following 7 months. <br /> <br /> 'm prompted to write this report because 6 months after the fiasco we got a letter in the mail telling us that would be out to do pest control on the house and if we weren't home they'd do the outside and charge us anyway.  Unbelievable. <br /> <br /> Hire at your own risk.

They are very reliable and prompt.

Arrived on time, very courteous, performed work quickly and efficiently. 

They were very good. They are very efficient. They stand by their word. If they need to come back and redo work, they'll do it. We had carpenter ants, and they sprayed and sprayed until they were all gone. They didn't charge extra.

Silver Lining Pest Control are superb. It's a family business. They guarantee their work. If you see a bug and it's under warranty they come back and spray again.

He did a thorough search and then gave me a full explanation of how the extermination would work at eliminating the ants. He also left ant bait for sugar ants and it has worked great. I was very impressed and have signed up for quarterly services with this company.

Silver Lining did the pre-pour foundation treatment on our house that is currently under construction. The second phase of this treatment will be completed when the house is done. Silver Lining also did an insect barrier (a separate treatment) on the framed house to prevent the "new house" beetle and mold from invading the house. Victor, the owner, was always very professional and exuded honesty. I almost always got an answer when I called, and whenever I had to leave voicemail, he would promptly return my call. He always prices services reasonably compared to other companies, and I wonder if he even makes much of a profit. I am very pleased with how Silver Lining does business. They are now my first call for pest control.

We are very happy with them! They started this company on a shoestring and really stayed with it and now have a great company! We've met the owner/manager and he's very pleasant. We don't worry about them being in the house. We are satisfied with them and will absolutely continue to use them in the future. They have good prices.

the entire team was professional, curteous and I would recommend them to anyone. Mrs. Sigler was great setting up appointments and followups. One of my favorite things is the 1 year warranty on the rodent problem. they didn't just put a band aid on the problem, they took measures to prevent future infestation.

Victor and his team are always on time and very professional. I've even had him take care of small animals (skunk, possum,raccoon) issues in the past

They came quickly and installed the trap. Very professional and nice, but follow-up was very bad. A cat got caught in the cage over the weekend and they would not come out to release it. Finally a opossum was caught and they took it away. I called again for something in my attic and they never came again. I think the company is small so they don't have enough people to respond. The owner was very polite but not responsive.

Silver Lining provided both Animal removal and pest control. They were quick, responsive, and worked with me on getting a pest control regiment that worked for me. The animal removal was priced right and included sealing the holes and other areas around the house that could be suspect for future entry points. This is the first company that didn't leave a mess when they went into the attic to seal a hole they couldn't get from the outside very well. The owner also provided much needed advise(not sales-y pushing)on termite control options. I highly recommend Silver Lining.

He was very good and polite. He was also very helpful. He showed up on time and was very easy to get a hold of. He did a good job and I would use him again in the future.

They responded very promptly to our call--which is not the case with some of these guys. Charged a reasonable price. Kept us informed about what they were doing and how they were doing it (including the sardines used as a lure!). They're also careful with the animals. Like all good removal services, they have a sense of humor about what they do ("It's nice and cool under your home--so that's why they want to stay there. Wouldn't you?"). The animals get released out in the country so they won't make their way back (we hope).

He is punctual, courteous and wonderful.

I obtained quotes from several companies, and Silver Lining had the most reasonable prices. I spoke with Victor Sigler, who is the owner, and he was very helpful and friendly. He came out the same day (which I really appreciated) and set the trap himself, and explained everything he was doing. The skunk went into the trap the second night it was set, and Victor and his assistant came to retrieve it the next day. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Silver Lining Pest Control and would recommend them to anyone. Victor is very service-oriented, and has a great, positive attitude.

They are professional and they are environmentally conscience. They come out quarterly.
