Do NOT use, Siver State Plumbing; They do not stand by the parts they install. Valve was found to be defective and refuses to shut off completely. But you don't discover the defective part till it is after "warranty". Who would check every valve they install after they leave? Valve wasn't needed to be shut off until work done on the washing machine. Then the faulty valve was discovered to not completely close off. They refuse to even look at the problem unless I pay a $89 service charge.

I don't think I would ever use the company again. My first problem is that the company never gave me a choice of fixtures to use, they decided for me. I also had to call and find out how the work was going and to see if it was finished.

Walter COREAS, was very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. He took time to point out the flaws and wear of my toilet over the years. He was very courteous and helpful. I would give him a raise if he was my employee. Thank you so much for sending him out to assess the problem.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Gave me an estimate of $5.000 50 gallon water heater installed 40 gallon. Installer was completely rude, didn't like me to watch. Never received completed paperwork only the one I signed when he gave me estimate.

Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. BUT I felt it was waaaayyyy overpriced for installing a garbage disposal ! Almost $800 and that was a discounted price! I wish I had called a handyman!
