They did what they said.

The technician was nice and the treatment was effective.

It went mostly okay, but the ants returned soon. However, it's a recurring problem and was probably not their fault.

Their work got sloppy towards the end of the first part of the job. They would not take a credit card for the second part of job - said it had to be a check. We wrote a check. They cashed the check immediately but did not return to do the work despite multiple phone calls, emails, and texts. We reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They refused to respond to the BBB as well. There were other customers they did the same thing to. They never returned the money paid for services not performed and we had to hire another company to finish the job DO NOT HIRE!!!! There are honest companies out there - This isn’t one of them.

It took persistence by Simmons and Crowe (repeated visits), but they seem to have gotten the job done for now.

The ants keep coming back, so they keep coming back. We have a years contract with them.

Perfect! They went out of their way to make sure the job was done with excellence. We would use them again without hesitation.

The son of the owners was supposed to come on a Friday but did not show up. He finally agreed to come on a Sunday and told us he could cover the hole with screen and put up bird spikes but that he could not do it then because he needed to buy the supplies. He told us we needed to pay him right then and he would get the supplies and return the next day. I gave him my credit card but he returned from his truck a few minutes later and told me his card reader was not working and asked for cash or check. He wrote up a service agreement outlining the work so I gave him a check for $250.00. That was the last I saw of him and my money. He cashed my check and never returned to finish the job. I called and was told by his mother that they had to fire him and kick him out of the house because he was on drugs. I asked for a refund and she told me her husband, the owner, would come out and do the work. He never showed up!!! I called back and she finally agreed to refund me the money. That was two months ago. I have still not received the refund. They stole my money and now won’t return my calls. Avoid this “company” at all costs.

Then, I was offered a treatment plan. I did not hire them to get on a contract. There was supposed to be a follow up treatment involved with the deal and they never came back. I would assume that since I did not hire them on an expensive service contract they did not want to bother with me either. A real disappointment in this Angie's list service. I should add that when I tried calling them everything went to voicemail. When I got to a live person she said, "we have been busier than expected." Well, then HIRE someone to answer the phone. I think they are screening unhappy customer calls.

It went very well. They had to make 2 trips because he didn't have a long enough ladder for the high nest.

I got good luck with them, but I don't know what's going on with their company, they had to let a bunch of people go, and it was almost a month late on my treatment. I had to keep calling them back to get the treatment that was scheduled for the 21st of April. I've been satisfied up till now but I may have to switch to someone else if they don't get something figured out. They did a good job when they came out. They have been pretty reasonable with their pricing. I've had good luck with them the past three years, but it's questionable now. Their responsiveness was not real good.

Took quite a while to complete... I had additional work done than the AL deal (more square footage). Part of the service was rodent inspection, which was done 4 time over 6-8 weeks before actual project was started. Project was completed over several non-consecutive days. Debris was not picked up in a timely manner... stayed on property ~4 weeks. Crew was very polite, friendly, and courteous. I do not believe they ever smoked on the property, but I did not like that all of the men came into my home smelling of cigarrettes.

They came in April to advise what was needed and recommended what they could do for me. And, took payment at that time in full. I called a month later and left a message. After that, it appeared the problem had resolved itself on it's own and I didn't need the service any longer. Two weeks ago, I left another message telling them that I have left previous messages and have emailed and have not heard from anyone. I'm wondering now if they are out of business or why they haven't contacted me back?

I would highly recommend them. They are professional & effective. I feel like the quarterly service is well worth the money.

They came and went....never say them.

We didn't have a lot spiders on our front porch after the treatment, so it looks like it worked!

It was great.

They got rid of the ants. It took them a day.
