It went Great. Fast response the same day I called,call returned,sales man showed up with samples that night. Job started 1 month later . Got 5 estimates,they were in the middle with better quality products and some upgrades. Owners was friendly and polite. Workers were friendly,polite,hardest workers Ive ever met!!!! I am so very happy with my New Roof ,with Peel and stick under layments ,Certainteed Landmark AR Shingles,Rated A++, new vents, many xtras. Fair and Honest Company! Best to me in Central,Fl. Call Steve Simmons and crew in Eustis,Fl at Simmons Performance Roofing and be treated like a Family or better! I did!!!

They finish in 2 days. Was very happy with the service we got from them will recommend to anyone who needs a roof our mistake was we forgot to tell them we wanted something that would of help us for insurance purpose on well. But other then that they are excellent so if anyone needs a roofbi recommend them.

I have reported the gutter condition to the owner Steve Simmons and his manager Dan, on at least 6 occasions with zero success. My bad not to do it in writing but Simmons is an acquaintance that I thought would be more interested in preserving his reputation. Roof itself had two leaks post the install that were resolved. Other than that ok.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! From the first phone call to the day I paid the balance in full this was one of the most pleasant companies I have ever dealt with! Dan came out to provide a quote. While he was taking measurements he provided me with a sample book of shingles to look at and help get an idea of what we might like. Once he completed the measure he sat down with us to explain the process, options, pros and cons of different products, etc. I received the quote to following day and it was amazing! It also included possible add-ons like gutters, gutter guards, etc. After reviewing the quote I e-mailed back the contract binder (this was on Tuesday). A few minutes later I received a call from Shirley in the office to explain the next step. She was knowledgeable about the process and VERY friendly! The following day I received an e-mail that Steve, the owner, would like to begin the construction the following day (way faster than anticipated!). They sent a rep to our house to pick-up and notarize the consent to proceed form in order to pull the permit. We had a permit that afternoon. On Thursday morning the crew arrived at 7:30 and begin work immediately. It took approximately 2 days to complete the roof on our 1100 sq.ft. home. On Monday, the gutters were installed. Steve personally stopped by Wednesday afternoon to check the work and collect the payment. He was very friendly and down to earth. I couldn't praise his company enough!

Received 3 bids from Angie's List companies, selected this one for best price. Gave a $100 discount when asked if they had any specials for Angie's List members. Contracted for work in April 2016 and work performed week of June 8, 2016 (lapse in time due to our request). Cost included permits/inspections. Responded to my phone calls with questions prior to start of work. Contract provided for additional charges if damage became known after removal of original roof. "Extra" charge was just $60 for replacement of some wood (included in total price of $7,010). Work completed in 2 days as was projected. Punctual and cleaned up well at end of job.

Emailed the company and received a response within minutes. Mr. Simmons came out within the hour and gave me an estimate.. The next day, two workers came out and repaired the roof. The workers were very polite and did an excellent job. Will definitely use this company again. <br />

I couldn't be happier. I had a major problem area that leaked. When it rained the water poured in. I had three other companies try to fix it and it worked for a few months and then it started all over again. They just kept doing the same thing the previous roofer did. Obviously that wasn't the answer. Simmons Performance did a lot of work and changed the way the roofing was installed in that area. So far so good. I got much better quality materials and better warranty than the other companies and it cost less than what I paid each of them. I would definitely used their services again. <br />

They replaced our 15 year old roof but didn't remove and replace the old flashing and as a result we ended up getting leaks. We hired a home inspector about a year later who advised us of what they had done and didn't do. After investigating the contract, I found that flashing was not included with roof replacement. I would not recommend this company to others.

"We apologise for the leaking, but this customer did not advise us us of this situation in order for us to correct it. We did replace all flashings EXCEPT the flashing that goes up under the stucco on the roof. this is common practice with most roofing companies. The stucco would have to be broken out in order to replace that particular flashing, and then a stucco man would need to come in and replace the stucco, followed by a painter to paint and match the existing house color. All this adds additional cost for an area that VERY rarely needs to be replaced. Had this customer called us with their problem, we could have taken care of it. Also, the Home Inspector should have known this."
