The work was excellent Dave is a true professional. If I could have Given him 10 stars I would have. I would highly recommend Simon Construction company. Is pricing is fair and his work is superb.

We are so happy with the work that was done. Such a pleasant experience. Job done as described. Dave is also a craftsman. He was able to figure out how to close up the dryer vent gap and close off a gap in the stairway. The front door was not plumb at all and only Dave figured out how to seal and plumb it properly.

Dave arrived on time and was ready to go to work immediately. He had all the tools and materials needed for the job and was done in less then an hour. A very friendly person who could carry on a nice conversation and still get the job done... he probably wished I would go in the house but humored me. My experience with Simon Remodeling on the phone was also excellent. I will hire again and would highly recommend Simon Remodeling to friends and neighbors.

Dave came for estimate. He was very pleasant and professional. The price was right for us. He showed up with his men on time on the day he said they would be there. They worked very professionally and CLEAN! They repaired large sections on 4 walls that had water damage. He gave me choices in the new kitchen cabinets I wanted at very good prices. The end result proves that Dave and his guys are very experienced . I would hire Simon remodeling again and recommend them to my friends and family.

My husband and I called Simon Remodeling to give us a quote for Painting and other repairs we needed in our 3 bedroom home. Dave came as scheduled and was very knowledgeable in the areas of work we needed to have done. He is a very friendly and honest man as well. The pricing was very reasonable and acceptable. Dave came with another employee and completed all the painting and projects as contracted. We would definitely use Simon Remodeling again and we highly recommend them as a qualified, honest and reliable company.

All work was done as specified in a timely and professional manner. I plan to hire to hire Simon Remodeling Contractors again in the future to remodel the other bathroom and replace the floor in one more bedroom. I am very happy with their work.

Had some work done by Simon Remodeling. Left the apartment on the last day of work, trusted the work would be finished, returned to an uncleaned job site and unfinished painting in my bathrooms. Must be micromanaged to get work done. I would not recommend the Simon Remodeling to anybody.

They were nice people who showed up on time and charged a fair price for the work. I was pleased with the crown molding installation and the kitchen). The knockdown results weren't as successful, however. I tried hard to have them come back and fix some rough patches that remained after the job was done. The owner said he would stop by and take a look at them, but he never did. After many phone calls and texts, I gave up trying. I suppose I'll have to find someone else to fix the rough spots on the wall, or I'll just learn to live with them. The owner's family is having health problems, so I figure that this had a lot do with their lack of response. They're all very decent, honest people,

As we responded in an email to Mr [Member Name Removed], The customer knew that the walls we had to work with were in terrible condition and it was agreed that we would do the best that we can. Originally I had given them a bad review as they never showed up for their 1st appointment. I was then contacted and realized that it was a scheduling error with the office. David came out as soon as he noticed the mistake and gave me a quote for the work I wanted done. He then came in a very timely manner to perform the job. He showed up on time, did exceptional work and left the area spotless. The closet looks amazing. They were on time, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Loved it!!!! Excellent service. Above and beyond!! Very knowledgeable! No need to stand over these guys because David knows his stuff and is very detailed. I can tell because I have worked with many contractors and handymen as we have done many remodeling jobs. Simon remodeling is a keeper. We will definitely use Simon Remodeling and David again! FANTASTIC ! First of all, Simon's wife is great. She set everything up for the appointment and I didn't have to worry at all after that. He came with his workman and the job was done in a matter of a couple of hours. The knockdown matched perfectly !! You can't tell that there was ever a problem on that wall. PLUS, he is the nicest person you'll ever meet. The price was extremely reasonable and we are very happy. I would totally recommend Simon. Even my husband was super pleased...and he's very picky !!

Called on Monday, showed up Tuesday 10 minutes early. Jumped on the job and worked hard. Previous contractor/handyman would have taken 2 days, Dave and his helper took 3 hours. He was so good on the first project, I gave him 2 more and he knocked them out same day, including driving to a tenants house to fix something. VERY impressed. Even billing was professional and provided scanned copies of receipts for supplies. Pricing was right on the money and totally reasonable. I didn't realize how bad I had it with my old handyman until I started working with Dave. I do tons of projects as I have quite a few properties. If you are lucky enough to read my comment, you are welcome. THIS is the guy. Highly recommend, 100%, A+. <br>
