I would highly recommend Simple Visions Home Remodeling. Lou, who came out to go over my bathroom remodel job with me, listened intently to what I wanted and made some really good suggestions to boot. Brandon and Julio did the work quickly and professionally and left the job site cleaner than when they started. I accidentally had other contractors in doing work at the the same time and the coordination with others went very well. I've since hired Simple Visions again to do some work on the house we just moved into and will hire them again in the future. Invoicing was clear and I could pay on-line. A great team. We couldn't be happier!

Lou and his team are wonderful to work with. They are positive, professional, friendly, and they do terrrific work. They transformed our kitchen into the beautiful space we have today.

- - - the folks at simple visions are both kind and thorough lou had a friendly and timely response to our request for an estimate, and came prepared to gather all the appropriate job details required to make an accurate appraisal of the scope of the work, and then sent us the information right away they were able to begin the work within just a few days time, and stayed on the job until it was finished - the crew was courteous and appeared to work together rather well our project had many details that were not overlooked, and the materials used were all first rate we are retired folks in our late sixties and early seventies who have been used to doing all of our minor construction projects on our own, such as decks, fences, etc., but now that we are not climbing ladders anymore we are thankful to have a trusted outfit like simple visions to help us out with keeping our home warm, safe, and dry - - -

Lou and his team (Brandon, Julio, River, and more) are always professional, responsive, and highly skilled. This is at least the third job we’ve hired Simple Visions for. Everything was done with attention to detail, on time, and for the price agreed to.

Simple Visions did a great job from beginning to end of this process. They gave a realistic and detailed estimate, work closely with us to plan the project and make selections, and communicated with us regularly as the pieces came together. They were very professional when they arrived to do the job, and completely protected our property during the days when they were there, and communicated along the way to keep us informed of progress. The finished bathroom looks and works great and we're very pleased. They'll be our first choice in any more home construction projects that we do.

Lou and his crew are the most courteous, competent, responsive, and professional contractors that I have worked with. The quality of their work met or surpassed my admittedly high expectations. They don't cut corners or just slap a thing together. They took the time to do the job right. The work was done on my 82 year old father's house. Lou, Brandon, and every person on that crew made sure that Dad felt heard and respected. They are good people who I plan to call for more work in the future.

Fabulous; since fence was close to our garage and right next to neighbor's garage, it was a tricky situation. S-V was able to modify our gutters and convince the neighbor to allow installation of gutters. Furthermore all of the S-V workmen were observant, helpful and amazing workers. Since supply chain issues were a problem, S-V was able to help us modify our plan to overcome the necessary delays.

The replacement went smoothly and the work was top notch! Lou and his crew are the best that we’ve encountered and we have used them several times in the past. We also have a lot more work to do and intend to use Lou for all future projects. Lou and his crew has replaced other windows, installed lighting, and remodeled our master bath—each job was done to perfection. You won’t go wrong with Lou.

Job went smoothly. Lou and his team were very good explaining the process and answering my questions. Their quick responses took a lot of pressure off of me.

All work went well. We liked the idea of the crew using a blower and plastic sheeting to keep dust under control. The job lasted approximately three days. Clean up was done at the end of each day. The crew members were all very kind to us.

This is the fourth time we’ve used Simple Visions. In the past they’ve replaced windows, replaced water damaged areas, added new lighting in the family room, and added security lighting around the outside of the house. This time, they removed a bath/shower insert in the master bath and built a beautiful walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. We are so very happy with the way it looks. Their work is always first class, the staff is always professional and respectful, and the charges were fair and reasonable. You should definitely consider using Simple Visions!

Simple Visions did a professional and artful job of building a fence along the street side of our property. It is beautiful and durable and will be with us for many years.

Louie and his Team did a fantastic job on our home improvements. We hired Simple Visions Home Remodeling to replace our baseboard throughout our house, and also to replace a pedestal sink in our bathroom with a new vanity and sink. Louie was very helpful with decisions I had to make, he gave me ideas of where to look for the vanity, and what our space would allow. But mostly, he put up with my indecision on the color I wanted for the baseboard, dropping by different baseboard stain samples three times. He had no problem with my deciding on different colors in different rooms. The employees that came and did the work were on time, courteous, knowledgable and thorough, always happy to answer any question I had during the process. Louie came in the beginning of the job to make sure his they knew of the possible problem areas, and stopped by during the job for support. The end result is beautiful and professionally done. We will have more improvements in the future and I will be calling Simple Solutions again!

Excellent, on time, on budget and clear detailed communication.

They came in under budget, and on time. Though they had to go in and out of the swampy yard, the floors were prepared to ensure it stayed clean. They met with the inspector to verify all the work was completed to his specs. They explained everything as they went along, and I couldn'T believe it when they called to say, "We're done." Trustworthy, hard-working and professional!

Lou was prompt, courteous and efficient. The work was done cleanly and quickly. I am very satisfied with the results.

We had been planning this project for several years.   Once we decided to move forward, we contacted a number of contractors for estimates.  We met with Lou to go over the project, and appreciated his ability to offer solutions to some of the obstacles to our project and to answer all of our questions. <br /> Jann, the business manager, also met with us to offer design ideas and to review the contract and answer our questions.  We provided her with the product information we had researched for our project and she ordered the cabinets, countertop, backsplash tiles, range hood, sinks, faucets, garbage disposal, and windows. <br /> Throughout the project Lou and Jann were mindful of our budget and helped keep us on track. Any changes from the original scope of the project were handled by work orders. <br /> We were impressed that both Lou and his helper were on time every day, took a short lunch break and got right back to work.   When necessary, Lou worked over the weekend (the backsplash installation required 3 days for the grout to set and dry). When the counter and floor were being installed, Lou checked in with the installers, and then worked at another jobsite, being available by phone if needed.  He then inspected the work when it was completed. <br /> Before starting work each morning, Lou checked in with us and addressed any questions/concerns we had.  If we were not satisfied with something, he re-did it to our satisfaction (for example, the paint that was initially used on the trim needed to be changed to semi-gloss) <br /> Lou made sure that the project stayed on schedule so that the floors and counters could be installed on schedule. <br /> As long time do-it-yourselfers, we were a little nervous hiring someone we did not know to be in our home every day for the duration of the project.  We found Lou is trustworthy with good people skills. He handled everything concerning the project thereby minimizing our worries and concerns. He was the perfect contractor for us. <br /> Lou is knowledgeable, skilled and focused.  He is detail oriented and addressed all our concerns with his great attitude.  During the time he worked for us we developed a good relationship and plan other projects in the future. <br />

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my bathroom. I was very nervous and stressed when picking out a contractor and not sure what to expect. After this experience I feel comfortable with trusting them with any remodel needs. Lou was very thorough in explaining his ideas for a remodel and what he could do and how long it would take. Jann was helpful with picking out fixtures and designs for the bathroom and always replied to my emails within the same day. I was told as the project was going on what would be done that day and was kept updated every step of the way. The main reason for the remodel was to create more space and provide a safer bathroom with grab bars and other things. This required space to be made, and all the fixtures to be moved and replaced with ones that would work better in the new spaces. It seemed like alot of work in my eyes but Lou works really quick and is very skilled in all aspects ( electrical, plumbing, etc.). The bathroom looks great and it works exactly as I had requested. Overall the most important thing to me is knowing that he takes great pride in his work and stands by everything he does. <br />
