First, it is not true that masks were worn. And SBS has not been in business for 9 years. (1)Lalonde said that if the kitchen ceiling were just painted, that would take care of the cracks. He said the living room ceiling would have to be painted also because the kitchen and living room run together (manufactured home). I believed him, although my ceilings were sparkle white already. He supposedly is a veteran and I was a spouse of veteran for 23 years. So, naturally, I I cared about him, and made sure he and helper had anything to drink they wished, and snacks. The painting was $500 and did NOT solve the cracks. Later, he had his helper paint just the cracks. again, the cracks are still there. (2)Fan. I asked that he please get a fan at Lowe's that would be good for outside porch. The fan was $240 and I paid Lalonde $300 up front. He said, a few days later, that it could not be gotten, but he ordered one from Amazon, and that I "will love it." I thought he knew best. It was wired through my back porch light and now cannot use the back porch light. After having the fan, it is horrible in every way. I looked the fan up on amazon, and it is a $120.00 fan!!!! And he never told me! I paid $300 for it! (3) Lalonde bought a wood board for the swings. He said it was expensive, so leftover wood I should keep. I agreed! He used some kind of cord to hang the board swing and just twisted the cord...no knotting at top. The swing is completely unlevel/ swings sideways, and will swing no further than a few feet, and it's even worse now. AND, Lalonde did NOT leave the leftover expensive wood! He took it! (3) Lalonde 'forgot' to bring wood strip for shed. Never returned. Another $185 down the drain. I FB messaged him, and ask that he fix all these things, but he did not. Oh, he is so sweet and huggy, but I have been conned. $985.00 for NOTHING. And now have to save for months (I am old and limited income) to hire someone else to fix it all. Judge (Yadkin County, NC) ordered $300.00 back to me, but Lalonde has not paid that yet. I am so sorry I beleived in Lalonde, and feel he took advantage of my kindness, my age, my being a woman, and my not knowing about repairing, building, etc. I never dreamed a veteran would do that.

I would recommend Michael to anyone. He is very knowledgeable of the job that needs to be done. He is very professional about it and will get u worked in on his schedule as soon as he can. He is very smart n takes pride in his work and makes sure the ones that are working for him does the right thing. He can do just about anything. I have given him several referrals and he gets it done n they are satisfied too. Oh and did I mention he is VERY reasonable in his prices tooo. He's just a good olr country boy making a honest living. Give them a try.

Woke up to my water heater spraying water everywhere, called Michael & they were able to come out that day just shortly after to get it fixed for me. Very great work, very dependable & trustworthy, nice guys, would definitely recommend to anyone.
