Everything went very well. He's a great guy to work with! He showed up on time and his prices were competitive. He cleaned up well and a year and a half later, everything is still working smoothly! I definitely plan on using him if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs.

I had called Andrew previous to the installation because I wanted to know about the new water heater; how well it was insulated, would it heat cycle less often than my 30+ year old heater, thus saving gas and would the pilot be easier to light than the old one, which required literally getting down on the cold, basement floor to light it. All my concerns were answered with professionalism and respect. <br /> Andy was a very professional person/plumber/installer. He and I had a pleasant conversation throughout the installation process as I learned more about the process and my new water heater. We even talked about soldering copper pipes, something I learned about doing many years ago, but which there was no need to do thanks to modern plumbing connections. Watching Andy, who is a strong young man, haul the old water heater up the 9 steps to my garage and out to the truck where he would carry it away for disposal, made me even more thankful I/we had decided to replace it, it must have weighted close to three hundred pounds! <br /> Andy was very professional and cleaned up any and all mess left after the installation, including wiping up spilled water from the pipes off of the new water heater, The install was estimated to take two hours but from arrival to departure took slightly over 90 minutes. Very efficient. <br />

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Andy gave excellent advice (which is priceless when you're dealing with a busted water heater that needs replaced ASAP). He had the hands down best prices so I purchased the water heater deal that Simply Water had going at the time. Andy was extremely responsive and professional throughout the whole time. His company did an excellent job and I was so pleased that he was able to get there same day! When your water heater goes out, it's an emergency (especially when you have kids), so it's very nice to have a contractor out there that appreciates that urgency and does all he can to help you out. This honestly was one of the most painless and pleasant experiences with a contractor that I've ever had, and I'm a picky shopper when it comes to this. Andy only uses top notch, highly rated appliances and parts...that way he can stand by his work, which any good contractor should do. Simply Water is definitely on my short call list for future work. <br />

After extensive review I decided on a water heater from Lowes. The water heater was a special model and had to be ordered by Lowes and installed by one of their service providers. I chose simply water because they were the only subcontractors from Lowes in angies list. Andrew came out to the house to prequalify the installation where we also addressed some other plumbing work I needed such as capping off a hot water recirculation pipe, and changing the gas and water heater valves, and installation of a water heater drip pan. The installation went very well without any issues. Old water heater was hauled away. So far all is going well. Andrews pricing was better than other contractors probably due to his relationship with Lowes. <br />

What a great experience! The owner called within an hour of my message to ask if we were in an emergency situation. We assured him that we had hot wate, just very low water pressure. He scheduled to install water heater at 1:00 that day. The installer arrived promptly, introduced himself and went straight to work. Within an hour we had hot water. Then what a surprise, the owner called the following day to insure that we were satisfied with work and worker. Wonderful experience! <br />

I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th. Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem. The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater. Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time. Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy. Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable. I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price. <br />

Andrew had installed a new water softner for us back in January. He used the existing cut-off valves rather than replacing them at the time because they worked just fine. Yesterday afternoon I noticed a small leak when turning one of the valves off. I called Andy to leave a message to see if he could come by and check it out. Since it was Sunday evening I did not expect him to call me back until this morning. But he called me last night to ask a few questions about the problem and he came by this morning to assess the problem. It was a simple fix and he did not even charge me for the work. It is so hard to find contractors today who are responsive, trustworthy, conscientious, and service oriented. I would recommend Andy and his team at Simply Water to anyone who needs a new water system, water softner, hot water heater, house filtration, etc. installed. They do a GREAT job! <br />

He arrived on time and took care not to damage anything in the process. My water heater was in a tight-fitting area but he was able to make everything look easy. I had a shower head that was clogged up and he went above and beyond by removing it and telling me how to get it unclogged. I will definitely use him again.

Sears store manager called this company to install water heater,contractor called to say he could install @5:30-6:00PM then after checking with his wife found out she had a doctors appt. So he had to Baby sit.called me to advise that he could come later and would call after he piched up replacement heater.He showed up @ about 8:00Pm and did a great installation. He Is A plumbing contractor ,for new work.I called Him 3/10/10 to look at a problum I had ,he came said some one else coul do a better job for me,because of experience and referred Heffner &assoc. No charge for visit to look at job.
