We had a great experience with Kendra!  She brought a wide selection of samples to our house, and was able to advise on on look and feel, ease of cleaning, etc. It took all of 20 minutes to select our blinds and have our windows measured.   She estimated 2-3 weeks for the blinds to ship, and called us to arrange installation at 3 weeks + 1 day.  She installed the blinds at no charge, due to the size of the order.  She clipped the cords short to keep them out of reach of our baby.  Installation took about an hour, and the room looks SO much better.  Kendra hauled out the old blinds, too.  We got beautiful wood blinds at a great price - I wish we'd done this years ago! <br />
