A little bit of a back story, my basement flooded on Christmas, during a storm a couple of years ago. I had to pay a company to install french drains inside the basement to avoid another flooding. Long story short, 12 thousand dollars later, I was left with the perimeter of my basement lower than the original floor level. It took me a while to save for a renovation but when I was ready I needed a jack of all trades with great attention to detail. I hired Khris to level out my floors and install luxury vinyl planks throughout. My basement finally looks and feels amazing! He wasn’t annoyed at all of my questions or me watching him do the installation (which I really appreciated). He went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, and the end results reflect his knowledge and work ethic. I had him move a light switch, prime and paint all of the new drywall I had installed shortly after the flood, and few quick jobs around the house. He also installed my baseboards! Money well spent! I appreciate his professionalism and how well informed I felt throughout this process. After going through the flood last thing I needed was a janky job. 1000% recommended Simpson Home Solutions.

Simpson Home Solutions did a walk through of my home and was very thorough in letting me know what needs to be done in my home as well as provided estimates.
