We have been with Angie’s List for 3 years. We have lots of experience. You can trust that you will receive great service! Simpson's Painting and Repairs is a family owned business. We have been in business for over 3 years and counting. We are all about serving our community. We are passionate about making our customers satisfied. We are opened to suggestions while doing a project and the reason for that is, we want you to have the results that you are looking for. We provide business proposals that will describe in detail the billing procedures with financing options.

First, he did not bring a ladder tall enough to reach the top portion of our house, even though he did a site visit. He also had no extension pole, and no extended length hose. He had to leave to retrieve another ladder. When he returned, the pressure washer wouldn't start, and he clearly was unfamiliar with the equipment because i had to show him where the spark plug was, and he mentioned it's his son's and he doesn't use it often. He offered to just use a garden hose with pressure nozzle & I said no. He left for hours to get it fixed. Because of lack of extension pole and hose, I had to pull my truck up to the house so they could rest the equipment on top, though it still didn't help. His helpers had little to no experience, including a young girl that kept asking which way to scrub the house. They also damaged our front step, and dented both gutters on first and second stories. They left zig zag and figure 8 marks on our roof shingles. I would not recommend.

"We are sorry that you’ve had this experience. Everything seemed to have gone bad that day. We have done hundreds of pressure washing jobs that have all gone well. Rashiek left to fix the pressure washer and came back to perform the job. We cannot take responsibility for the damage that you speak of. Rashiek would never treat a homeowners property with a lack of care. I’d only wished you would have contacted me with these concerns."

Simpsons painting and repair did an excellent job in three rooms and my kitchen they were very courteous and professional They got the job done in a timely manner and I was happy with the outcome I definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

Everything from inquiring about the service offered to the completion of the job was seem less. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful when I wasn’t making decisions on what colors to paint home. All work was done in a timely manner. I can’t say enough nice things about these people!! Highly recommend!

Great, Mr. and Mrs. Simpson's are very professional, courteous, friendly people. Mr. Simpson is a very, very excellent painter. Mrs. Simpson is so pleasant, it was a good experience working with them. I will be calling in the future.

Very easy to schedule and work performed professionally. When the hose they had didn't reach a distant wooden bridge, they went out and bought an extra hose for the job at no cost. All went well and smoothly.

Simpson's Painting and Repairs painted the exterior of my two story house. They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted. Fantastic service with reasonable pricing!

They were great. Very communicative on arrival time, with quotes, with invoicing, and did all services exactly as they said they would and as good as we hoped. They were conscientious in their work, not finishing until it was exactly right...in fact they came back again to touch up some of the deck knowing they needed a certain spot to dry longer. Overall great guys and I'm looking forward to bringing them in again for the next project.

complete nightmare. they are not painters. they destroyed our carpeting, ceilings, new hardwoods and walls while "painting". still living with the mess they left for us. do not use them for any type of paint jobs never ever.

"We are very sorry that you feel this way. We involved the insurance company to help and also, never received the second half of the payment. We offered to clean the spot with the paint. As for the x that looked like it was keyed into the floor, we cannot except responsibility for that. The ladders that we use have rubber bottoms. I pray that the insurance is taking care of the things that hold your concern."

Painting of three small-ish rooms, but with loads of difficulties - especially exposed beams. I could nit-pic about some things that were missed or clean-up not thorough... but the whole crew did a very good job and maintained good humor in the heat and humidity. I am well satisfied in terms of value received.

Even though I was unclear about the date, Simpson's accommodated me every time. They kept me informed every step of the way en-route. They traveled what I considered to be a considerable distance. Every step of the project exceeded my expectations in time limit and results. The workers were prompt, professional, and polite. As I couldn't do my part as I said I would to prepare the deck by power washing it myself, Simpson's were very happy to come an additional day to do the complete job. The cost was very affordable according to our availability to pay. I would definitely hire Simpson's again and again and highly recommend them to anyone. (I would love to send pictures but I get an error msg,)

They did the painting while we were away. We had them return to fix some things. They did that the next day. All went smoothly. The only problem we had was the carpeting was dirty when we got home. Very nice couple to work with.

Rashiek and Kiara Simpson are wonderful to work with. They both were very professional and were very patient in working with my mom. Even with changes they completed everything that she asked for in a timely manner. Yes we will be hiring them again for any of our future projects.
