Sometimes the glass is half either way. There’s a necessary balance to this appraisal. Emilio as a drywall specialist & painter proved to be well qualified. He restored a damaged ceiling that was textured and did the job with craftsmanship and a sincere cordiality—and his price was the best! However, although he deeply apologized for several broken agreements, they still made the project difficult, even frustrating. True, his on-site work was so professional that it overcame his disappointing previous communications & conduct. But honesty demands I include this blemish on his otherwise spotless performance. I suggest assuring clarity & commitment before employing him to do his good work. He’s a really nice guy with impressive skill, but unsettled reliability. Maybe it was just this once…

Drywall repair was done in timely manner. Lady who did the work was polite, conscientious, and obviously knew what she was doing. During the work, company owner called more than once just to see if I was satisfied with progress.
