Very well. Looks like new. Well worth the money paid. The technician was polite, courteous and very professional.

Sir Grout of Bucks County was wonderful. Corey was very prompt with reaching out to set up an appointment and was very clear on what needed to be done. I didn't mention the glass shower door and he said they could clean that also. The work they did was fabulous, the shower looks brand new. They were very professional (shoes off at the front door), cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. I honestly didn't think it would look at good as it does. We built the house 16 years ago and it now looks as it did when we moved in. Highly recommend them. I had an estimate that was about 1/2 of what Sir Grout charged but I just didn't get the same level of confidence. I have no regrets going with a higher price.

Corey was wonderful to work with - he came out, was on time, talked to me about the process, explained pricing and handed me a proposal right there. His team, Kevin and Bill, showed up on time and did an amazing job!!! They were awesome to work with!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Corey the sales rep was on time and gave me a written professional estimate. Chris my technician was fantastic. Great work and honest. He showed me the work as it was progressing and strove to give me the results I desired. Best of all he helped me choose cleaning products to protect the nice restoration job he completed!

Estimator came and gave an estimate of $810 with a $50 discount for Angie's List and another $50 if I would let the technician come in 2 days as they had a cancellation.  The amount seemed excessive however they had come with a very good recommendation.  The technician showed as expected and almost immediately told me that the estimate did not include the floor or the glass - only the walls.  This amazed me as the floor was the most important part.  I DID read the contract before signing but it was not clear that the floor was not included until after the event.  I think most reasonable people who looked at shower, especially when the floor had the most issues, would think a professional estimator would include the entire shower including the floor and door.  I was then told the estimator was the final authority but it would be another $250 and the job could not be done that day as the correct materials were not available.     <br /> The estimator returned my call and left a message that he didn't know that I wanted the floor done.  That seemed odd but I still thought it was just a mistake.  When we talked, he called it a "miscommunication".  Now, to me, the translation is "it is your fault but I don't want you to be mad so I will sort of take the blame."  He then proceeded to tell me that it was really an extra $350 to do it but they would do it for $250.  Really!!!!  That would be $960 or $1160 at full cost.  (Three days of painting that included 2-3 painters and considerably more work cost $3000.) <br /> The technician set to work.  When I returned, he had the door locked.  In more than 30 years of home ownership, I have never had anyone working on my house lock me out.  He did unlock the door and talk to me about what he was doing.  My experience is that those who have skill and are honest want you to see them work so you understand the work and their skill. <br /> I had other workers in the house at the same time and they told me that whenever they went by, the technician was talking on his phone.  So I was charged for 6 hours (according to what the estimator told me originally), stayed less than 4, and apparently worked only about 1.  When I checked the reviews more carefully, there is another one that has this same story in it.  I could see the products they were using and they are not expensive enough to explain this.  I cancelled the visit to finish the work as they would have charged me another $250 and I would not trust the technician in the house. <br />

<p>The only thing is you can't use it for 48 hours. In order for all that product to cure it can't get wet. It was the best thing I did, it looks like a new shower. They are a little pricey, but it is worth it. He was a little pricey, but the tech that he sent out happened to be a former marine and he was the nicest guy who did a fabulous job. It is magnificent. I think the floors are a little pricey, but between you and me the guy fixed a couple of cracks in it for me. He did the whole floor and did not charge me. He was in my bathroom for a couple of hours; it is a process. They sent a sales rep out who comes and looks at the job. Then they give you the estimate and you pick and choose what you want done.     </p>

Great! Chris was extremely responsive, always professional and so accommodating! We really appreciated him and his partner. They were punctual, did a great job, and worked with us on our very difficult schedule (coming in from out of state to prep this house for sale.) I would highly recommend him and in fact have already given his business card to a neighbor. Thanks, Chris!

I never thought my floors would look so beautiful. Many other companies promised me my floors would be like new, but that NEVER happened until Sir Grout. The price is a little higher than the average company, but this is DEFINITELY NOT the average company. So worth the price. My next step was to have my floor Jack hammered up and replaced. Not necessary any longer. The man that did the actual cleaning was absolutely the best, most polite person I had ever do work in my home. He was amazing and thorough. Even though he finished a large portion of the grout when I saw it I didn't like the color. He was wonderful. He instantly went out to the truck and brought in new colors. I chose one and he happily re-did everything. I would highly recommend this company!
