"We arrived on time and when we left the customer was pleased with the work. I believe there was just a miscommunication regarding the request for additonal estimates. We would LOVE to provide an estimate for more services. Our technician described the additional services of interest and understood that the customer would schedule a free estimate with us to assess, measure and provide an exact quote. The customer thought that we could just send a quote based on the technicians general observations. We dont do estimates that way. As the owner I have always found that the best practice is for me or a manager to perform the estimates and follow up activities and let our technicians concentrate solely on performing top quality work. I have contacted the customer and will follow up to provide detailed estimates for any services they need."
